As you enter, all the living space is conveniently situated on a single floor, making it a perfect choice for a relaxing vacation.
Step through the foyer into an open floor plan where the formal dining room, accommodating eight guests, greets you on the right. The living space is divided by a fireplace (not for guest use) and a wet bar, featuring two distinct sitting areas. One side hosts the family room, complete with a large 55-inch TV, two couches (one a sleeper sofa), and two chairs. The adjacent area provides an ideal space for conversation or observing the kitchen and a dining space for six. The updated kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and three bar stools. Adjoining the kitchen is a laundry room and a half bath for added convenience.
Every room in this home is equipped with TVs and Roku for entertainment. The master bedrooms feature spacious walk-in closets, and the Tommy Bahama-themed master bedroom boasts a new luxury mattress.
The first twin bedroom, adorned with cheerful red accents, offers an updated full bathroom and a flat-screen TV. Another beach-themed twin bedroom down the hall features an updated bathroom and wall-mounted flat-screen TV.
To the right of the foyer, discover the first master bedroom with a king bed and Tommy Bahama décor. Its spacious master bath offers two vanities, a large closet, a soaking tub, and a private walk-in shower, with views of the deck and backyard. At the end of the hall is the nautical-themed second master bedroom, featuring a king bed and an expansive bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower, and double vanities.
Step onto the top deck adorned with ample seating, a six-seater dining table, and a gas grill—an ideal spot for grilling burgers or steaks. Descend to the pool area, featuring more seating, loungers, Adirondack chairs, and a hammock for post-sun snoozes. The focal point, the pool (approximately 25 X 14 feet), awaits just steps away from the beach path, promising a mere 3-minute stroll to the sand with no steps.

Any rentals cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund minus the Reservation fee. This fee is nonrefundable.
No reservations may be cancelled within 30 days or less of the arrival date for your stay. Full payment is required and no refunds will be issued.
We recommend travel insurance which will reimburse you for your entire stay should you have a qualifying reason.
