Sophisticated with coastal elegance, this 4-bedroom, 4.5-bath retreat in Palmetto Dunes is the perfect vacation home and is only a 5-minute walk to the beach. The interior features hardwood flooring, an open floor plan, soaring ceilings, and plenty of natural sunlight. The stunning great room encompasses the main sitting area with a 60-inch flat-panel TV, a sofa, three chairs, and built-in bookcases. A large dining table that seats 10 and an enormous, open kitchen are a chef’s dream. Quartz countertops, top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, and a new refrigerator make preparing meals an effortless experience. French doors separate the Carolina room from the great room.
On the main level, there are 2 master king suites with private en-suite bathrooms, plus another bedroom with 2 twins and a daybed. The king bedrooms both feature spacious walk-in showers, while the twin room has a shower/tub combination. On the mezzanine level is the Master Suite, consisting of a king-size bed and a sleeper sofa. The fabulous master en-suite features a huge custom walk-in shower and a tub.
Just off the great room is a beautiful Carolina room with plenty of dining and seating. The Carolina room overlooks the spacious pool, spa, and lush private landscape. The pool and spa area also have a fire pit and basketball net. In the large 2-car garage is a ping-pong table for guests to enjoy. Built in 2016, this entire home is breathtaking, with a beautiful color palette and soft ocean themes throughout. Stylish furniture pieces and outdoor living spaces make this home a wonderful place to bring multiple families, couples, or a group of golfers.
