vacationers looking to enjoy the on site pool, FREE
tennis with 4 hard courts on site plus all of the various
amenities that Sea Pines has to offer! Rent a bike &
explore the 20+ miles of bike paths that wind their way
throughout the Sea Pines Resort.
This villa offers a king bed in the master bedroom with an
updated bathroom with walk in shower. The bedroom features,
vaulted beamed ceiling, a private balcony overlooking a
tranquil lagoon. Living room offers sleep sofa with memory
foam mattress. Fully equipped kitchen with all your vacation
needs. Stack laundry set is also in the kitchen for your use. Both
TV's are Roku/ Smart TV's.
This charming villa offers a convenient bike ride to Harbour Town
and guests can bike to the Sea Pines Beach Club or hop a ride
on the FREE Sea Pines Trolley during the summer season. The

18.) CANCELLATION POLICY- For a refund of moneys, cancellation must be in writing and received 91 days prior to your arrival date. The cancellation fee will be 10% of the rental rate. Cancellations within 46-90 days will result in the loss of the 40% deposit unless we are able to re-rent the Dwelling for the same rate and time period. No refunds will be made for cancellations received 45 days or less prior to arrival unless the Dwelling is re-rented for the same rate and time period. If the Dwelling is re-rented, then a 10% cancellation fee will apply. For this reason, we highly recommend that you consider purchasing the optional travel insurance.
