With three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, and space to sleep up to ten guests, this villa is perfect for families, golf groups, or friends looking to experience the best of Hilton Head Island.

The open and tastefully decorated living room provides a comfortable gathering space after a day at the beach, complete with a flat-screen TV and a cozy atmosphere. The living area also includes a sleeper sofa for additional sleeping space. Just off the living room, the fully equipped kitchen features a double sink, cooktop, oven, large refrigerator with ice and water dispenser, and plenty of utensils for preparing meals during your stay. A drip coffee maker is ready for your morning routine, and a convenient stackable washer and dryer is located just beside the kitchen area.

The first floor includes a spacious primary bedroom with a comfortable king bed and its own full bathroom. The room also features his-and-hers closets, offering plenty of storage for longer stays. Upstairs, you’ll find two additional bedrooms connected by a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. One bedroom includes another king bed, while the second upstairs room is a versatile family space with two queen beds and two twin bunk beds—perfect for larger families or groups traveling together.

Your stay includes four complimentary adult bicycles and four backpack-style beach chairs, making it easy to explore the island or relax by the ocean. Guests also have access to the Queen’s Grant community pools, open April 1 through October 31. One car pass is included with your stay, with the option to purchase one additional pass through Island Rentals.

Located within the renowned Palmetto Dunes resort community, guests enjoy access to three miles of pristine white sand beaches, world-class golf courses, a nationally recognized tennis center, and an 11-mile lagoon system perfect for kayaking or fishing. "Wonderful!!
We have stayed in quite a few rental homes over the years, and I must say, this one was by far one of our favorites! It was beautifully decorated and VERY clean! There were so many conveniences and it came with bikes, boogie boards and beach chairs. The home was very comfortable and had plenty of room! We felt right at home! It was in a good, quiet location. We grilled out and sat on the back deck to read and get a little sun. It was a short bike ride away from pickleball and the beach. We were all so happy with this home and we hope to rent it again next year!"

"Best Queens Grant Stay Yet – Beautifully Renovated and Wonderfull
We recently stayed in a beautifully renovated unit 550 at Queens Grant in Palmetto Dunes, and it was by far the best rental we've experienced in all our years visiting this area. The layout of the unit was fantastic—open, spacious, and thoughtfully designed to make the most of every square foot. Even though it was just the two of us on this trip, the upstairs configuration would be ideal for accommodating more guests comfortably, with plenty of space for everyone to spread out.

The kitchen was impressively well stocked, and the furniture throughout the unit was not only well positioned but also incredibly comfortable—perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. Whoever was responsible for the renovation clearly put a lot of care and attention into maximizing the space, and the result is a truly inviting and functional vacation home.

It was also a great bonus to have bikes and beach chairs included, making it easy to explore and enjoy everything HHI has to offer without any extra hassle.

Highly recommend this unit—it set a new standard for our future visits to Queens Grant!

"Wonderful Hilton Head Rental
We loved our vacation rental. As first-timers to H H, we could not have chosen a better location. Within walking distance of the beach, the Palmetto Dunes Tennis Centre and several golf courses. The property was beautifully renovated, clean, and well equipped for cooking, which we did as we were there for a month.This would be a perfect rental for a large family gathering. We would definitely rent 550 Queen’s Grant again and recommend it to anyone wanting a lovely, spacious and well located townhouse in H H. "

"Loved it!
We had a great stay at 550 Queens Grant. The unit is beautiful, very clean and in a great location. We had a minor request for the property manager (a broom and or vacuum to help us keep th e unit tidy) and they were super responsive.

We would definitely stay there again! Only minor drawback was that there is no drawer storage for clothes in the bunk room. Would be great if the tv stand could be replaced with a small chest of drawers. "

"Very Pleasantly Surprised!
We’ve stayed in Queen’s Grant several times over the past 20 years and loved this unit since it was very close to the beach. When we walked inside we had to check that it was the correct unit because everything had been remodeled and the pictures online had not been updated.
The kitchen is amazing with an oversized island and the wall between the dining area and the kitchen has been removed. The washer and dryer were moved to an upstairs closet. Don’t run the dryer when anyone is sleeping because the sensor when it’s done is extremely loud.
It is great that there are also 3 bedrooms, 2 with king size beds, and the 2nd upstairs bedroom would be a paradise for younger children with 2 bunk beds.
The bathrooms are also a very decent size. The only thing I would recommend is talking to the rental agency about putting in more towel rods for each bathroom since there is a hook and towel tree in the upstairs and nothing to hang towels on in the downstairs primary bathroom.
We didn’t use the bikes, but you do get 4 included and there are also 4 Tommy Bahama backpack style beach chairs. Very handy if you’re flying into town.
Overall, very satisfied with the condo and highly recommend for anyone looking for a reasonably priced unit. "
