This luxury home is near the southern tip of the island and a short drive from the Salty Dog Cafe and other popular spots. Enjoy the private outdoor lap pool, which can be heated in cooler seasons for a fee, the outdoor grill, and the lower patio that sits at the edge of the beach. All eight bedrooms have flat-screen TVs, while two offer adjoining bathrooms with Jacuzzi tubs.

A screened porch spans the length of the lower story of the house. Storms - There are no refunds given for cancelation or interruption of your stay due to an event of inclement weather including: a tropical storm, tropical depression, hurricane, or named storm, and all payments will be forfeited. "Hilton Head Disappointment
This property is NOT as the pictures show. It is old and in need of serious updating. The pictures are deceiving.
It is not on par with other homes at this level of rental cost.
Location is great.
Overall size is great.
That's where "great" ends.
Upon arrival we opened the door and were hit with a strong musty odor...not pleasant and it never went away, fortunately it was pretty much isolated to the downstairs.
At least half the pool lounge chairs were busted or the frames were twisted up and unusable. And NO ONE even made an attempt to stage the outdoor all. It looked like a night after a frat party.
And there is no chance in this life I'd ever use that NASTY grill...YUK!
The rug at the top of the stairs was frayed and falling apart. WHY would you not spend $50 for a new one??
The master bathroom counter top has nasty looking stains or burns, and the paint on the ceiling in the bathroom is PEELING off in multiple large areas...clearly showing no pride of ownership.
If this house was offered at half the current rate, it would probably be worth it to some renters, but you can't set an expectation of this house being a LUXURY home when it is not.
We have stayed at MANY of the LUXURY homes in HH over the past 15 years...we will never stay here again."

"25 South Beach Lagoon
Although the location of this rental was perfect, the house itself needed a lot of updating. As soon as you walked in the front door, there was a heavy mold odor. The house was clean, but the furniture was well used and needed replacing. The a landscaping around the house and pool had not been addressed in quite a while. The lounge chairs around the pool were strewn all over the place. The screened in porch is in need of repair and repainting. The outside deck had rot issues. There were only two garbage cans available, which was not nearly enough. There was garbage and dirty diapers strewn around the service yard where the garbage cans should have been stored."

"Great Location, But Property Needs Attention
We loved the location of this property—so close to the beach with easy access. The layout of the house worked well for our group and provided ample space. The large porch could be a real highlight, however, it was filthy. It didn’t look like it had been cleaned in quite some time, and the porch cushions were in poor condition and really need to be replaced.

The property as a whole needs a deep clean, and the house itself could use some updates to bring it up to standard. The pool is very nice and the beach viewing area is a nice feature. The brick deck needs attention and it would be nice to have some shade provided.

Additionally, we heard animals in the attic, which was a bit concerning. While we enjoyed our time here, the lack of cleanliness and maintenance made it hard to fully enjoy the experience. With a small investment this could be a 4 star property. "

"Hope to stay here again
We just spent a week in this home with our family. Our group had 16 people, ranging from ages 10 mos to 70 years old. We LOVED our stay at the property. There was plenty of space for our group and the huge screened in porch along the back of the home was our favorite spot. The panoramic view of the ocean was magical. We also appreciated that the house has 2 mini fridges in addition to the main fridge since we had lots of people and lots of food and drinks. We felt like the home was even prettier and larger in person that the photos online made it seem like. We loved the location in Sea Pines. We had the beach to ourselves every day, even over Memorial Day weekend. We enjoyed biking to South Beach and Harbortown. "

"Paradise close by
The house is amazing. Plenty of room for our group of 15. We loved it so much we decided to never leave to eat out. Pool is very nice, view of beach from the screened in porch was amazing and well used. Only suggestion would be to add some mixing bowls and larger casserole dishes for large groups. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend"

The house was barely sufficient. Had all of the bedrooms as advertised. Kitchen was worst supplied compared to all other rentals we have used. The home is quite dirty inside and outside. "

"Large beautiful house with a gorgeous view.
This house held our entire family very comfortably. The few steps to the beach was an added bonus! We really enjoyed the large pool, with its lap lanes - a hit with the kids.
The lawn and pool crews were there during the week tending to the property, very discreetly. One of the thing we liked best about this property was how private it felt even though you were right on the beach. The house is nestled beautifully into its surroundings. A favorite feature of ours was the screened in porch that runs the entire length of the house, with rocking chairs, gliders and a swing - seating for all types, and a table large enough to sit 15 people."

Excellent stay with 6 adults and 9 kids ages 6-16. House has a great set up with most bedrooms having ensuite bathrooms. Pool was great for the kids and the beach is just a few steps away. Our favorite feature was the screened in porch that runs the entire length of the house. We will consider this house again for future trips. "

"Perfect for large family or friends group
I was in Hilton Head for an accounting conference and my extended family joined me for a fabulous week in mid October in this wonderful beach-front house. The layout of the 8 bedrooms gave maximum flexibility to our group and every one of us were thrilled with the amenities and location. We ranged in age from 35 to 82 and everything was easily accessed for everyone. Literally only a few steps to the beach and if you have little kids in your group, the pool and beach gear available would keep everyone happy.
The manager was on hand when we arrived and offered helpful information about the tv(s), grill, pool, etc. The lawn crew and pool man were both there during the week keeping the property in good shape. The thing I liked best about this property was how private it felt even though you were right on the beach. The house itself fits beautifully into its surroundings."
