This beautifully appointed second floor villa is nestled
within the Private Community of Evian within Shipyard
Plantation. This villa was renovated in 2015 including painting
and new appliances. Luxury vinyl flooring was installed Sept. 2017.
Both bathrooms remodeled in 2018 to include new tile showers,
floor, glass doors, plumbing, and vanities. Offering tranquil Lagoon
& Golf Course views, Guests of Evian 271 can enjoy their morning
coffee while relaxing on their Private Patio. Bike or Drive easily to
the Shipyard Beach Club.
The Evian Community offers a 5 Acre Lake, 6 Free
Tennis Courts plus a Large Sunny Pool and miles of Bike
Paths that wind their way throughout the Plantation. The

18.) CANCELLATION POLICY- For a refund of moneys, cancellation must be in writing and received 91 days prior to your arrival date. The cancellation fee will be 10% of the rental rate. Cancellations within 46-90 days will result in the loss of the 40% deposit unless we are able to re-rent the Dwelling for the same rate and time period. No refunds will be made for cancellations received 45 days or less prior to arrival unless the Dwelling is re-rented for the same rate and time period. If the Dwelling is re-rented, then a 10% cancellation fee will apply. For this reason, we highly recommend that you consider purchasing the optional travel insurance.
