"Great Stay!
This unit was great for our group of two adults and three kids. One of the bathrooms has been very well loved, but it doesn't affect the stay in any way! The kitchen has enough items to cook at the condo, the beach items in the closet were great, and the location on the property was so easy. It's a quick 10-11 min walk to the beach, you're directly next to the pool, and you're right near the bike path that can take you around the community and the island. We would 100% stay here again!"

"Winter getaway
It was our second time at the property. We loved the close proximity to the beach, bike paths and golf courses. The kitchen was well equipped for making meals. The bikes and beach chairs were also a plus! Unfortunately we weren’t able to reserve for next year because the extra month was already booked! "

"A Perfectly Beachy Condo!
My family and I spent a wonderful week at 167. The condo is beautifully decorated, clean, and up-to-date. We loved the gorgeous views of the lagoon from the deck while having morning coffee. The location within Shipyard is private and quiet, with a short walk to the beach access. (We typically drove and parked, though, because of how much we cart to the beach!) The bedrooms are huge with plenty of closet and drawer space. The owners have done a wonderful job, clearly spending time and money to ensure their renters have anything needed. Probably the most surprising thing to me was a Dyson in the closet! I felt like I was at home! We used it several times to keep the floors free of sand. We would not hesitate to rent this beautiful condo again!"

"Lovely place to stay
Very satisfied with location, cleanliness and amenities. Loved having the bikes and while we didn’t use beach chairs they were of fine quality. We enjoyed the deck with shade, watching the animals, birds and even a deer one morning. Our only suggestion would be higher porch furniture for the absolute perfect view. Thank you!"

"Wonderful Stay
This unit was decorated very nice and so clean. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you needed to fix meals. The location was so convenient to the beach, bike trails, golf courses and Coligney Square. Loved having the four bikes and beach chairs too. A great place to have a wonderful stay!"

"Great stay at Shipyard
Everything was as pictured. Very clean ND all the extras. There are things for the beach and kitchen stocked. Plenty of room and seating for the whole family. Very comfortable beds. Location is perfect for beach, pool and bike riding. You are close to so much on island. Would stay again. "

"Wonderful stay
We LOVED staying at Sweet beach condo! It was perfect for us. Beds were comfortable and liked that each room had a king bed instead of your typical twin beds, kitchen had everything we needed- with community grills near by for easy access. Beach was great. Loved the rinsing station and the bathrooms/ snack bar being close to the beach access. We used the hot tub almost every night. Used the provided bikes several times and enjoyed our rides. We liked that you were able to rent umbrellas at the beach & then took our beach chairs from the condo. Overall great experience and will definitely be returning in the future! "
