Located in the Club Course section of Sea Pines, this home offers easy access to all of the amenities of Sea Pines, while still being close to the shops, dining, and activities located outside the Sea Pines gate, such as Coligny Plaza.

This home features a large open concept living area, with vaulted ceilings and a beautiful decorative fireplace. The kitchen is fully stocked and flows into the spacious dining area. The living room has ample seating for the whole family and a large smart TV mounted above the fireplace. Glass along the right side of the living space gives views of the beautiful screened pool area, with large amounts of outdoor living and dining space as well. The master bedroom has a King bed, large flat screen TV and an ensuite bath with dual vanities and an open shower. The 2nd bedroom has another King bed, flat screen TV, and there is another full bath with a combination tub and shower. The third bedroom features 2 Queen beds and another full bath with glass door shower located just outside the bedroom.

We had a family of five stay for a week. The home is wonderful. Very comfortable furniture and beds. Very nicely appointed. The set up of the pool right off the living room was a hit for us. We were never too far Aprt and the fact it was screened in really made it comfortable for lounging. House was a little far from the beach but other than that I have nothing but great things to say. We really enjoyed ourselves and were very comfortable. Mechanics of the stay were very easy, digital lock to gain access, a lot through text. Just very easy and smooth."

"Fabulous Family Fun
Very easy to book. Quick response time for all my questions.
Once we arrived we were all thoroughly pleased with the house and property. PLENTY of room for all the family, not just bedrooms but huge kitchen, dining room area for game nights, huge living room area. And bathrooms for everyone! The outside space is equally as spacious. Even if you don’t want to get in the large pool, there is plenty of space and seating options to sit outside and enjoy! Chairs outside also to sit and enjoy the peacefulness of early the morning golf course and nature around. I cannot recommend this property enough for a family of all ages or a group of friends. We lived having the bikes already available too. Saved timed and effort. We were in the bikes within minutes of arrival. "

"Wonderful Beach Week!
Sea Pines is a great location. Access to the Beach Club and Beach is a big bonus. The house was very comfortable overall. The kitchen was equipped better than most rental properties. The only drawbacks were the parking and the lack of blinds and ceiling fans in the living room. When the afternoon sun hits, it really warms up the front room. Circulating air would be a big help. The sun through windows also causes glare on the TV and can make sitting at the dining room table uncomfortable until the sun sets. Overall, we would return to this property and definitely recommend it."

"Wonderful family home
We had such a great time at this house. I especially love the open floor plan and how you are able to view the pool from the kitchen and multiple windows and sliding doors from all sides of the pool. The kids loved the pool and the kitchen had lots of space and seating."

"10 Water Oak
This older home is set in a quiet part of Sae Pines. It is absolutely perfect for a peaceful and private stay. It was perfect for 3 adults. Great location for quick access to excellent eateries. Home is 40 plus years old and although needs some issues addressed, was extremely clean, comfortable and open. We will come back to HHI and happily stay there. The folks at Island Rentals were very responsive to our needs and a joy to deal with."

"Great location in Sea Pines
10 Water Oak is in a great location on the north end of Sea Pines. The house was clean and well stocked with kitchen appliances and all you needed for cooking in. The pool was so convenient and a nice view from each room. The bikes included with our stay was a bonus! The house is as described, the beds were comfortable and overall we had a great stay. I would recommend this house but it is a bit of a bike ride to the beach. "

"Watch out for BLACK MOLD!
Interior seemed clean but exterior very poorly maintained. Black mold all around pool area, trim falling down in pool area such that squirrels in pool area, sunroom off master bathroom disgustingly dirty and moldy. Pool itself was OK."

"Pictures looked great!
Many of these reveal places are really good at showing pictures that are a bit deceiving. The house is really outdated but the pictures really don't show that. The location is great and is a great central location to the Sea Pines area.

Our first issue with the place was lack of maintenance. They did come right out to check a leaking roller in the master bathroom but that was it. I had to turn the water on and off and place a dish under it to catch water so that we didn't get any water anywhere. The person who showed up apologized and said we will offer a discount for the inconvenience but when I checked out, all I got was a sorry and we will get it fixed as soon as possible.

The pool area is very rundown. The pool is so stained that it looks like it is dirty. The wood above the pool is falling down and is not very appealing to the eye.

The living room furniture is old and worn. When you sit in it, you sink down and the wood under your legs by your knee is very uncomfortable. The only way it is comfortable is if you recline.

The beds in the 2 bedrooms are comfortable but the mattress in the master is way too soft.

The house was clean and had some great amenities but the way management dealt with my toilet issue, it left a bad taste in my mouth. I have been coming to the island for 13 years and this was the first and last time renting through this company. "
