"A Great Place to Stay!
We had a lovely time at 6 Pie Court. It was very clean and we enjoyed our family time. It was also convenient to get anywhere by bike or by car. It was very close to Sea Pines and Harbor Town. The only recommendation that I would have for the owners or Island Rentals would be to have bath wash, shampoo, and conditioner in the bathrooms, just as a starter. We knew we would need to go out and buy more after we got there. We had a great time. Thank you for sharing your home."

"Great Family Vacation
Was a great week! The house was clean, easy check-in/out, had everything you would need. Bikes, beach chairs a great added bonus! Nice to not have to eat out every night and made use of the grill & patio. The location was great, central to Harbourtown & Seapines Beach Resort with Southbeach just a little further. We biked to all! Would highly recommend and would definitely stay there again! "

"Absolutely wonderful stay at 6 Pine Court!
We loved the location of this house for our family. We biked to the beach every day. Easy bike ride to the Beach Club, roughly 10-15 minutes. The house was so clean and very well stocked. We had a very small issue and Joe in maintenance was super quick to get in touch with us and correct the issue. We would book this house again. Also, the check in and out process was very easy. Good communication all around. "

"Amazing Property
This home is located in a very quiet neighborhood within Sea Pines resort. The house is beautifully decorated and appointed...especially if you have dogs. I’ve never stayed at such a pet-friendly property and the attention to detail (pet disposal bags, extra water bowls, etc) was greatly appreciated. We loved having the bikes on-hand and used them each day to explore the resort, I highly recommend this property."

"HELENE :-(
Unfortunately for us we drove in the night that Hurricane Helene decided to spread her wings and touch the Island. We couldn't sleep from hearing the winds and debris hitting the roof of the house. We woke up to a tree branch laying across the hood of our brand new car. It was a very sad start to our vacation. It did get better, the weather was perfect, the house was great but I almost wish I had a "do over" so I could enjoy the surroundings without dealing with insurance adjusters, rental cars and heartbreak.

As a side note I would say the property was in great condition. There did seem to be a problem with trash pick up but honestly we didn't have time to deal with that with everything else going on."

"Beautiful, clean and functional!
This place was very clean, newly refinished, and well-stocked. We loved all of the labeling on lights, fans, sinks, etc., which made it super simple to navigate. It was right in the middle of the beach and Harbortown, which made for easy biking!"

Loved this place - GREAT location to beach, pool & courts; lots of room; comfortable bed; very clean; plenty of extra bedding if needed; appreciated the included bikes; lots of room & everyone was very comfortable in the space; loved all the labels - made it easy to find things & know where to put them back. The management was very professional, helpful & easy to deal with = a pleasure. I would completely recommend & would absolutely book again! "

"Perfect layout
Great spot for family with dogs. Private outdoor shower. Not truly fenced but boundaries about the backyard worked for our dogs who are comfortable off leash and well behaved. Takes about 15min to bike to beach w kids and dogs. We went to salty dog for the ice cream daily, another 15 min. We enjoyed the complementary bikes and just called to add the dog trailer. Only thing unexpected: no mini starter shampoo/conditioner so bring your own. We brought dog shampoo but didn’t bring enough for the humans without the expected starter bottles. Hope to stay here again soon!"

"Amazing HH Summer Vacation!
This was our first stay in Sea Pines (after previously staying in Shipyard) and we had an amazing time. The house was beautiful and well appointed with everything we could want or need. The beds were comfortable and the living room was warm and inviting. We loved having cocktails and playing cards on the large table each night. The yard was great as well although it was a bit hot to enjoy it as much as we would have liked to...we'll have to come back in cooler months for that. The only things to note; after walking around on the floors barefoot for about 25 minutes, our feet were completely black. This was not an issue for us as we just wore socks or slippers around the house. The housekeepers may want to give the floors a good scrubbing though. Also, the Greenwood pool is a little over 1/4 mile away. Not a far walk at all but with very small children and no sidewalks, we opted to drive to the pool. It was not an issue at all, just something to keep note of if you have little kids. Overall, our trip was amazing and we would happily stay here again. "

"Fantastic first visit to HHI
We thoroughly enjoyed our first trip to HHI. Our rental at 6 Pine Court couldn’t have been better. The home is beautiful and was immaculate. I loved the layout of the home, the kitchen was amazing and there was a putting/chipping green in the backyard, which was put to use on a daily basis by the grandchildren, son and son-in-law. The bikes that were provided were used every day, all day. We loved Skull Creek Boathouse, Java Burrito, Skillets and Quarterdecks, and enjoyed the sunsets too. I would definitely recommend this property and would love to be able to stay there again "
