This 2nd floor villa stands out amongst the rest! Tastefully updated and completely renovated with all new furnishings, this villa offers ample space for the entire family and extended family to enjoy Hilton Head Island to its fullest. The first level features a beautiful galley kitchen with all new appliances. The dining area opens to the main living area with all new furniture and a large flat screen TV as the focal point of the entertainment space. The master bedroom has a King bed and ensuite bath. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and there is another full bath in the hallway. Upstairs features 2 more bedrooms. Bedroom 3 has another Queen bed and Bedroom 4 has 2 twin beds. Another full bath rounds out the upstairs space.

The Island House community is a great community just one block from the Atlantic Ocean in South Forest Beach. The complex features ample parking just steps from your front door, a large spacious pool with plenty of lounge chairs and a pool house and picnic area for you and all your guests to enjoy! The large complex pool is located just around the back of the building which also host a grilling area. These Forest Beach villas on Hilton Head are just a short stroll (or even shorter bike ride) to the beach, restaurants and shopping at Coligny Plaza or Celebration Park.

Our Island Rentals condo was rented for a weeklong family time with 4 siblings and their spouses (all in 60’s and 70’s). We enjoyed our time biking, sightseeing and eating together and our condo was perfect for this occasion with 4 nicely sized bedrooms. "Great Vacation
Rental was clean up to date and in a great location! Easy walk to beach and Coligny Plaza. Only two things could use improvement in the unit. 1-shower floor is very soft in the shower and the kitchen could use some casserole dishes for baking, there were none, but overall experience was great and would definitely stay again and recommend "

"Wonderful stay in paradise!
This pristine property is just minutes away from one of the world’s great beaches. Sweeping miles of white sand grace the majestic Atlantic Ocean’s constant, hypnotic roar as its warm waters allow for fun in the sun. "Great stay
We were 6 adults on island for a wedding. We appreciated having 4 bedrooms and 3 baths, so that everyone had a place to stay, and we could all be ready on time for our events. The location was great - we chose to walk to the beach and to events at different locations around Coligny Beach. One of us took advantage of the bikes. Communication was great!"

"Average at best
Expensive for what you get. Loft area is hot, no ceiling fans, and has gnats. Cleaning before our arrival was sub-par. Some bedding and mattresses were dirty. Found candy wrappers in mattresses. Used soap in a shower. Caked rust in washer. Remodeling work is very poorly done. Upstairs vertical blinds are broken and patched together. Landing and steps outside are in bad shape. Outside area is not clean. Master bathroom door is a barn door with no handles. Pinched my fingers several times. That toilet paper holder is rigged together. I could have stayed at a much nicer hotel for what I paidd for this unit/place. Pool was ok, but not the cleanest, and no ammenities. Bikes were good. Beach chairs were good. When I called about bedding, I was told they would contact cleaning personnel. I never got a response back the entire week. I will not stay here again. "

"Review of accommodations
For the kitchen there wasn’t enough silverware - considering that 8 people can stay there. Also the kitchen didn’t have any sauce pans - but several sauté pans.

There were a time of plates which was nice - but like I said the fact there wasn’t enough silverware was a real problem. "

"March Break Family Holiday
The description and photos are exactly what you get with this unit. It was fairly well-equipped. There could be a few more gadgets in the kitchen (corkscrew, cheese grater, sharp knives) and the would have been nice to have some wineglasses. The dining room table could be bigger--it only seats 4 in a unit that sleeps 8. But other than those things we were very happy with the unit and would rent it again in the future."

We spent six weeks in this rental and loved every minute! It was very clean, quiet, and had such comfortable beds! We loved the complimentary bikes and the proximity to the beach. "102 Island House
We enjoyed our stay. The unit is clean and as described. Management company is responsive when contacted. Beds were comfortable, unit was clean. Easy access to beach. Pool was clean and nice space to hang out. Access to the bikes was much appreciated.

Minor things that could be done to get an all 5 star rating - more dish cloths and towels in the kitchen, a few small storage containers in the kitchen, hooks in the bathrooms and bedrooms to hang towels/clothes, ceiling fans or floor fans for the upstairs bedrooms.

Would stay here again."
