"Fall break 2025
Can't beat the location! Had a great trip! Beds were comfortable and condo was well stocked with cookware. Big plus on the propane grill. Only issues were floors had obviously been patched and were loose in places. Wasn't a big deal. Turntable in microwave didn't spin and ice maker was super slow. Didnt mention any of those things to the company because wasnt a big deal to us. One of the best features of Seascape is having the private bathroom at the beach. Very convenient! Also, loved having the bikes and beach chairs that were provided. I got there Saturday and didn't get in a car until Friday. Would stay there again for sure. Is the 2nd time we have booked through Island Rentals and highly recommend! Already planning our trip for next year and hoping to make 2 trips workout."

"Girls trip
My adult daughters and I decided to make a last minute beach trip over Labor Day. The villa was as promised and all instructions were very clear. The bike thing was confusing as you should use bikes with the unit number..not in our rack. We did not visit the pool. It wasn't far from the beach. Easy walk. "

"Perfect for our family of four!
Our family visits Hilton Head every year and this was our first time to stay in this rental. It is one of our favorites! The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach and a quick bike ride to all Coligny destinations. The condo was clean and very well-equipped (bikes, wagon, and beach chairs included). If you're coming in the off-season, be aware that the pool is not heated -- our kids didn't seem to mind though! The property management was excellent. They answered any questions I had promptly. We will definitely stay here again. "

"Wonderful Vacation
We had a very relaxing time at 3236 Seascape. The accommodations were great, our hosts took time to cover all of the details one would need to enjoy their vacation. It was clean, beautifully decorated and everything was in working order. We loved the rocking chairs on the deck!"

"Seascape Villa
We loved everything about this property except the bug problem. The location was ideal and the villa had everything that you would need for a perfect stay. The bikes were a huge bonus. There were nice beach chairs, a cooler and wagon to take everything to the beach. The beach umbrella was busted so we purchased a new one and left it for future guests! The only issue we had was the cockroaches in the kitchen. Per other reviews, it appears that the previous guest had issues as well and the pest control folks had been there prior to our visit. We notified the pest control folks about the bugs so that the unit could be treated again after we left. Hopefully they can get the pests under control since everything else about this villa was great."

"Great place but pest problems
We love this location, and the property is very nice. Unfortunately, we had a problem with insects in the kitchen. There were roaches in the sink and on the stove. There was food in the bottom of the kitchen garbage can and more roaches. We cleaned everything thoroughly and called the property manager, who responded to our call quickly. However, because of the system that is set up, pest control could not come in until a day or two later. Even after pest control came, the problem remained and almost everytime we walked inot the kitchen, there were insects around. The property manager was kind, and everything else was really nice, but it was a bummer as we had hoped to cook more and we couldn't leave any food in the kitchen, we kept it all in our vehicle. If this problem could be fixed, this place is ideal."
