Welcome and be greeted by fantastic ocean views at 1204 Villamare. This 2-bedroom villa has been recently renovated and is the perfect oasis for a beach vacation. Nestled in the private oceanfront complex of Palmetto Dunes with perfect access to the beach and pool, the property features a complex pool, indoors and out! You will also have access to the complex elevator, hot tub, gym, and Palmetto Dunes Buggy!
The kitchen, living room, and dining room have an open floor plan. The kitchen is fully equipped with beautiful white cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and black granite counters. The dining table seats six, and the living room features a 50'' Smart TV, comfortable chairs, and a sectional.
The primary bedroom features a king bed, a 40''' Smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a large tub and walk-in shower. The primary bedroom also shares a private balcony, perfect for taking in the ocean views. The guest bedroom has two queen-size beds, a 50'' Smart TV, and an ensuite bath with a walk-in shower.

• Trip Preservation –We recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment. If Guest has purchased travel insurance, any or all trip reimbursement will be subject to the policy terms and conditions. The travel insurance agreement is between Guest and the Policy Provider. Before 45 days of arrival date we will refund 90% of initial payment
Between 31 to 44 days prior to arrival we will refund 50% of initial payment
Inside 30 days of arrival date all payments are nonrefundable
The reservation fee is nonrefundable.
• Homes
Before 60 days of arrival date we will refund 90% of initial payment
Between 46 to 59 days prior to arrival we will refund 75% of initial payment
Between 31 to 45 days prior to arrival we will refund 50% of initial payment
Inside 30 days of arrival date all payments are nonrefundable

• Storms - There are no refunds in the event of a tropical storm, tropical depression, hurricane, or named storm, and all payments will be forfeited.
