Unit 29 is just steps to the beach and has a covered carport, full size washer/dryer in the laundry room, two family areas - one on second floor main living area next to the kitchen and another downstairs adjacent to the twin bedroom. After hours in the surf, vacationers can dip into the newly constructed freshwater pool located in the courtyard. This property has a pedestal mounted charcoal grill just off of the first floor patio. Hilton Head Beach Villa 29 is located in a gated community and has easy access to the villa with a ground floor entrance and a carport. It has a fully equipped kitchen along with 3 full baths, wireless internet, and a lovely outdoor dining space on the patio.
