"Bright and beautiful!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautifully-renovated (top to bottom) unit. We love to cook and found the kitchen to be well-stocked and a pleasure to cook in. It's a 10-minute walk to the beach and an easy bike ride to the Coligny shops, etc. We loved that it came with bikes and the beach cart!! Note that it's a 2nd floor unit (maybe not so great for folks with mobility issues) and the parking area is a bit of a walk, so I suggest using the provided beach cart when you arrive/depart to transport your things. Also, it overlooks a hotel parking lot, but is largely screened by trees & shrubs. It can be noisy at times though. The community pool is very nice and has both shaded and sunny areas depending on your preference. Highly recommend, especially of you are tired of old, dated units and want something bright and newly renovated. "

"Clean and comfortable!
First impression of this until was: clean!
There are 2 sets of stairs to get to this unit, 18 stairs total. It is a short walk from the parking lot.

Entering the unit on the first day we noted a little musty smell due to the humidity, but once we got the AC running it went away quickly.

The until itself had plenty of bath towels, starter toiletries, & hair dryers. The washer and dryer are new & work great. Kitchen is stocked-pots, pans..etc. There were even a few spices. The water from the tap is drinkable, there is a water/ice machine in the fridge. The beds were clean & comfy.

The unit does face the parking lot to an adjacent hotel, although the view from the deck is mostly blocked by trees & shrubs. We were a little disappointed by the noise from the parking lot at times, but it wasn't horrible and definitely could have been worse.

The included bikes, beach chairs & wagon were great amenities to have. The beach is a short walk or bike ride. The sand on the beach is packed & easy to walk or bike on. Just make sure you exit the beach the way you went in! HHI is FULL of gated communities and it is easy to end up lost in one of these neighborhoods from the beach where some areas lack signs stating you are entering through private access.
HHI felt very safe & everyone we met was friendly. We had a great stay at this property & would love to come back again! "

The condo was great! Everything we needed and more was provided. The place was very clean and nicely appointed. Recent upgrades and renovations were obvious and tasteful. A big plus was the location, access to bicycles and beach chairs, umbrella and cart. "

Had a fantastic week TUCKED away in a corner of Hilton head with access to all we needed. Bikes were a nice added bonus for daily use at no cost. Unit was perfect and well laid out. Would stay again "

"A wonderful place
We were so happy to stay at #92 Forest Gardens. There was a problem with the dishwasher but I called the maintenance number and a man came out promptly and fixed the problem. The other amenities were top notch. There was a problem with the sliding glass door which we didn’t address since it was on the 2nd floor at the balcony and didn’t affect us that much. We would definitely stay here again if it is available."

"Excellent
We stayed in #92 2 bed, 2 bath. The place is a nice walk to the beach, the beach is prefect. The apt.has just been renovated, perfect sleep. Pack some food and enjoy the kitchen, the coffee is a kurig so be prepared for that. It is supplied with all that is needed for 4 people to go to the beach, chairs, wagon and umbrella. I would definitely recommend"

"Hilton Head Vacation Condo
This condo is exactly as described. It is a little difficult to locate at first, but is in a well-kept condo community with several first and second floor condos. We had a couple of large suitcases which were a bit of a chore to tote from 5he ample parking area and up the stairs to the unit. It is a quiet community with a lovely centrally located pool. The condo had all the amenities needed. We had a little difficulty locating the beach chairs (in a closet on the outside deck). We didn’t use the four bikes provided, but they are very nice and right at the bottom of the stairs. There is a foldable wagon for toting things to the beach. It is a fifteen minute walk. In my opinion, the walk to Coligny Plaza is a little too far (approximately 30 minutes) on a hot day, so we drove. Overall this is a nice condo in a nice location."

We loved our stay! 92 Forest Gardens was perfect for our family. We enjoyed the convenience to the beach and walked or biked to most things Hilton Head has to offer; this condo is in the perfect spot! The property was clean and well maintained with a fully functioning kitchen for preparing a picnic lunch or an elegant dinner. We will return!"

"Great Condo-Very Luxurious-Peaceful
We loved this rental! It’s closer to the ocean end of the complex. Extra bonus were the bikes, which we used every day. Our first time at HHI. Took a bike ride to get our bearings. No complaints. Would stay here again, but we preferred the beach away from Coligney Square area & would likely stay further away next time. Condo was had beautiful vegetation; pool was fantastic as welll."

We had a great stay at this property. The description was accurate! The property was updated and the beds were comfortable. It was a short walk to the beach and pool. The rental came with beach chairs and bikes, which are convenient amenities. I particularly enjoyed spending time on the covered porch. "Lovely Stay at 92 Forest Gardens
We stayed in this unit for 3 weeks over the winter. It’s been completely (and newly) renovated and very, very nicely done too. It’s a comfortable 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom and kitchen has everything a great cook could possibly want. Unit comes w/ 4 nice bikes to use too! Beach is just a short bike ride away and there r tons of pathways to jog, walk and bicycle on. We biked to Coligny for ice cream and happy hours at the Sandbar several times. My husband even biked to church. Great location and nice pool too!"
