This condo location was perfect. With elevators and luggage carts available, it was extremely easy to access as I am disabled. Beach access also easy. Close to everything one might need. Clean, comfortable condo with a great view. Looks exactly as pictured. Beds reasonably comfortable. We really enjoyed our time here. "

"Great location!
My family and I have been coming to Ocean One for many years. It is a great facility and a great location! This unit has amazing views from the living room and both front bedrooms. The pool is excellent as well. The unit was nice. We found the kitchen to be poorly stocked as far as cooking goes. Also, there are no beach towels in this unit. The beds were pretty comfortable and the appliances are updated. If you rent this unit, I would suggest bringing a couple of pots and pans as well as any beach equipment you need. Overall, another great week at Ocean One on Hilton head Island."

"Wonderful Vacation
Our family had a great time staying in Ocean One 219. The updated/open kitchen was very nice. The Ocean One pool, access to the beach, access to the bike trails, close vicinity to Coligny, close vicinity to Celebration Park, and walking distance to a number of great restaurants made our vacation so pleasant! "

"Ocean one 219
Upon arrival we found this property yo be old and tired. Carpets were dirty, Fridge was filthy, One curtain was hanging ( we ended up hanging it ourselves). The patio doorway in the master bedroom was completely boarded up. No view, no air, no emergency escape, and we were told this was that way since September. Contractors were building a new deck outside that door. We were not told of this ahead of time! It took us 6 days of visiting the office every day to get the plywood off the door, and then only after we contacted the contractor personally did we get the plywood removed. Nearly 50 percent of our holiday was taken up with trying to get that wood off. Bugs were a daily fright. Dishes eft a lot to be desired . Furniture and carpets need a good cleaning. Beds need replaced.
We did receive 25 percent off of our original price as a result but that doesn't give us back the trip we paid for.
This resort is expensive, and not worth the money!"

Other than the condition of the unit the stay was great.. on checking in I sent photos to the management company showing several issues on how tired the unit is. Some $$$$ needs to be spent by the owners. Quite clean accept one large and live red Palmetto bug on the kitchen counter"

"A week spent in the fifties !
The location of the condo was very convenient. However the unit could use updating. The drapes in the blue bedroom were from the '50s and the naugahyde chairs also. If you sat in the chair which was almost impossible you sent to the floor. I believe the owners could afford two new chairs."

"Ocean One
We had a wonderful vacation to Hilton Head with our family. The only complaint is that the condo was not thoroughly cleaned as I would have expected, especially during these times of uncertainty with Covid-19. The bathrooms weren’t cleaned super well and there was sand on the floors. We did not have a working vacuum in the condo. There was also a whole load of towels left crammed in the washing machine. Overall our vacation time with family was great, we just expected the condo to be cleaner. "

"Fabulous!
This unit was absolutely wonderful! It has three bedrooms and three full bathrooms. It has a full kitchen. It was clean and well-maintained. It is right on the ocean, and it is within walking distance of a grocery store and shopping center with wonderful shops, and a Rita's Water Ice! This place was great! We absolutely enjoyed our stay there! The only thing that we missed was a hot tub."

This condo was awesome! Very accommodating! We had to call maintenance to fix the air condition and it literally took less than 4 hours to have it fixed and cooled! "

We've stayed in Ocean One several times before in various units. This unit was as described. When we had a problem with one of the TVs, the mgmt. had someone there very quickly. Our only real complaint was that all the light bulbs were the lowest wattage possible. We couldn't see at night and had to buy several bulbs to be able to read and work a puzzle. The temp in the second bedroom even with the fan running was barely cool enough; in midsummer we'd bet it's not."

"Convenient Oceanfront Property
Love the location. The property is decorated nicely but was not very clean. At first glance it looked clean but closer inspection revealed dirt/sand in corners, bathrooms poorly cleaned with scum around fixtures and in tubs. Washing machine was tiny and barely held 4 beach towels. Cooking supplies in the kitchen were also badly worn and rusted and there is no ice machine. All that being said it is a fantastic location and it is the beach so sand will always be an issue. Just needs better cleaning and some updates on kitchen supplies. "

"Great location!
We love the location of Ocean One! Seashore Vacations Inc. is great to do business with! We have been coming to this location for several years with our family. This year we did notice that the condo is looking a bit worn. The place could use a deep clean and some items replaced. The patio furniture has two chairs that the seats are ripped and unsafe. Carpets has some bad stains. Kitchen equipment is old and worn. Toaster actually started to catch fire with flames! Good thing I was standing right there to unplug it! Lots of smoke but smoke alarm never went off!! This was a bit concerning...."

"Fun Family Vacation
After an 18 hour van ride with nine family members, we arrived at the condo only to have to figure out on our own that we had to drive to a different building to obtain our room key code. That was frustrating considering we were exhausted and just wanted to get in our room. I wish we had been told this in advance. Overall, we were really satisfied with this condo, especially the location. The condo could have been cleaner. And really the only issues we had were with the dishwasher (that we couldn't figure out how it worked, and it would turn itself on when the door closed) and the dryer that took forever to dry your clothes. Other than that, we would definitely come back! The location was absolutely beautiful. The beach was perfect. And the pool was wonderful, although like bath water, but I'm not complaining about that. We will DEFINITELY come back to Ocean One in Hilton Head. Thank you so much! We made a lot of wonderful memories here."

We stayed in Ocean One for the fifth time. Love the building facilities and location. This was our first time in this unit (219) and found it dirty in comparison to others. No wifi and in need of some updated furnishings. Beds were poor."

"Poor Maintaince - lost pool for 3 of the 7 days do to a pump! 3 kids and no reaction from rental agancy on some sort of pay back or even a care of this being a problem! put some parts on a shelf and have them ready!!!!
Called maintaince group and told sorry....something tells me that if i told you sorry the $2k is in the mail i would not have recieved keys to the condo! 18 years at ocen one and i probably will not go back, not a good change in approach. i will pass the word thru my community!!!!!"

"July 4th Ocean One Parking Fiasco
The parking situation was a disaster
The crowd at the beach as a result of free public beach parking was totally out of control
I drove around the island for two hours due to no parking on July 3rd
I have been coming to the island for 50 years
This was the biggest mess I have ever seen there
If I come back, it won't be to this part of the island"
