"Great Unit! Five Stars!
We had a great experience in our rental unit. This is just a small thing, but it made a huge difference in our stay. The appliances were clean. We had a lot of rubbermaid available for our use on the stay. We used these for our fresh fruit and veggies and to take snacks to the beach. The pots and pans were brand new and very nice to cook on. The fridge made circle balls of ice! It was soo cool! The appliances were top notch. Everything was clean and organized in the kitchen. Nothing was a hodge podge mess! The appliances were very nice and clean. The unit was clean and nothing needed repaired! Everything worked! Plenty of beach items were available for our stay including two nice beach chairs and boogie boards! We used our beach gear credit for bikes, and this was fantastic! A great program I recommend for all! The beds were comfortable and clean. TVs were smart which made it easy to connect to our NetFlix and Amazon accounts. Hooks by the front door were great for hanging towels for the beach! Great experience!"

Our family, including two young grandchildren had another great time in HHI at Ocean One. Having both a nice pool and the beach steps away from our condo is important in our situation. The 3 bedroom unit served our needs very well and the balcony view was amazing."

"A great family location!
This rental was clean and very accommodating especially with having 2 young children with us. Having a bathroom with each bedroom was helpful. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed plus more but do suggest a new can opener and also a plastic spatula to keep from scratching the nice cook wear. The views from the balcony were great. The beach was clean, well patrolled, but a bit crowded. The location was perfect for walking to restaurants, shopping and even a grocery store. We did miss out on the last couple days of the pool due to a structural problem. I was impressed to see that a crew worked through the night to fix the problem and that the pool was being refilled with water as we were leaving Saturday. We would definitely stay at this rental again and recommend it for other families or small groups ."

"Minor Improvements Would Make it Great!
Overall, I liked the property a lot but would only rent this unit again if the patio furniture is replaced with a low-top table and chairs. The high-top chairs were extremely uncomfortable and hard to get in and out of. I paid for an ocean view and expected to spend lots of time on the patio enjoying it. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to because I couldn't sit comfortably. The bedrooms and bathrooms are nice and spacious. The kitchen is newer but lacked any pantry staples. Other rooms in Ocean One that I've rented have pantries stocked with oil, spices, condiment, etc. This kitchen has none. If these minor improvements were made, I would rent it again in a heartbeat! "

Living room furniture needs to be replaced as it is worn and very uncomfortable. Bathrooms need safety bars installed as the floor of the showers and tub are very slippery when wet!"

Our Thanksgiving week at Ocean One units 409 and 411 exceeded our expectations!
Several months after renting unit #401 for Thanksgiving week, the owners decided they wanted the unit for themselves that week. Since vacations from work had been arranged this presented a problem. We also needed 4 bedrooms to accommodate our family. Seashore Vacations (Buddy) rose to the occasion and provided us two ocean front side by side rentals that accommodated our families. We have rented from Seashore Vacations several times before and will definitely rent from them in the future. They take care of their customers!"

This condo was awesome... we have stayed at Ocean One before and love the location. You can’t beat it. Right on the beach and less than half mile walk to Coligny. "Love Ocean One
We stayed at Ocean One for many summers years ago when our kids were young. We recently came back for a family wedding and stayed at Ocean One Unit 411. This was the nicest, best equipped unit we ever stayed in. The grounds and pool were beautiful and just as nice as we remembered. There was a little mix up with our reservation and Pete handled it perfectly. We enjoyed our vacation and plan to come back."

Everything was just as it should have been! Location was amazing and so close to the beach. Kitchen was well stocked, and the condo itself was very comfortable. My only suggestion is optional blackout curtains in the bedroom facing the ocean, but overall it was an excellent rental and we will be back!"

"Great Family Weekend at Ocean One
411 is the perfect location with the perfect ocean front view. The unit was very clean, and the kitchen was stocked with every utensil and appliance you would need for a few days or a few months, and lots of cabinet space. It was probably the best stocked kitchen of any unit we have ever stayed in (and we have stayed in quite a few). The rooms are very spacious and accommodating for a family of 4 or a family of 7. The balcony and ocean view was just as relaxing and had the same feel as sitting on the beach. The unit felt like home and the entire family (family of 7) enjoyed our long weekend at Ocean One. We were very pleased with our stay at Ocean One and would love to return. "

Quick Labor Day weekend stay. Property was in a great location and the room and grounds were clean and well kept. The property is located adjacent to the public beach access so the beach was a bit crowded to the left of the property. Access to the Tiki Hut was great if you needed a quick meal or drink. Would definitely stay there again. "

As usual, we had a great stay. The property management company makes the process of checking in very easy, the condo is in great condition and clean, the new carpet looks nice and the groundskeepers do a great job with the pool, landscape and sidewalks. We enjoyed grilling out for a second year in a row.
The only suggestion is for a mat to be accessible for the bathtub in the bedroom with two beds. The tub is slippery.

Very nice unit with great views. Furnishings and appliances are nice. Ocean One is a nice complex, well maintained, in a great location. There was live music in the evening from the Holiday Inn next door which you could hear clearly when on the balcon, which we enjoyed. With the doors closed you could barely hear it inside the unit so it didn't impact the kids sleeping. We had an issue with the air conditioning on first day but Seashore resolved it in a few hours."

Ocean One 411 is a great condo to rent. Better than the pictures. Condo was very well equipped with amenities, especially liked the ice maker.
We were disappointed in the Ocean One complex property, it seems to have gone downhill. There were people in the pool very late a couple of nights, people being loud partying outside on their deck at 2 am, one elevator not working the entire week, no security guard after dark, and pool was dirty.

"Wilson Laughter Vacation
Good except the condo needs a good heavy cleaning. The tile floors were dirty, needed a good mopping. The carpets are dirty, need a good cleaning and the upholstered furnishings were filthy. We put sheets on them before we sat on them, they are so stained and dirty. The pots and pans were dirty, we had to clean them before using. The refrigerator door was so hard to open it was stuck. "

"Our stay in Ocean One 411
We realize you can't do everything at once and we appreciated the appliances that appeared to be brand new, new washer & dryer, a new stove was brought in during our stay. Furniture was fine. There were some issues that really need attention...mainly kitchen tile, carpet in master bedroom (that was the only one we used) one bathroom, although apparently had been redone, part of old wallpaper had not been removed over the mirror. Overall, the location was perfect, and we would certainly come back to Ocean One again."

"Another Great Stay at OceanOne
Overall we had a great experience on our week vacation. Fully stocked kitchen, liked the keypad to enter the condo, great ocean views, and we appreciated the updated washer/dryer and large seating area in the family room.
Things that weren't so great: sheets on two of the beds were stained with red marks, pillows were flat boards and were horrible to use, one of the rooms & bath was very old and the shower felt dirty. No one wanted that room, a lot worse than the pictures showed and the loser of the coin flip had to stay there..... Hope that explains a lot for you. We even showered without the curtain because we were worried how long that thing had been there.
Overall we love OceanOne and stay there whenever we can, so we made do and had a great time on the beach."

Overall a Nice unit. Negatives-not enough pillow cases initially. No way to effectively stop up tub to bath children. Unit was not locked when we came in, perhaps because cleaners thought it would lock when door was closed rather than requiring an additional step or 2. Loud "music" from Holiday Inn. Second hand smoke fm adjacent unit's balcony (413)every morning and at pool."

Suggest the ceramic tile be mopped between reservations. We noticed our feet were dirty as we walked around in bare feet so we purchased Pine Sol and Bill mopped all the ceramic floors. Also, the dryer is not drying very well - suggest you have it checked"

Our favorite feature of this particular rental was the keyless access code for the front more digging through bags to find the key before you head up to the room, no more wondering who had the key last, no more heading off before realizing you have no door key!"

The condo is located close to the beach with great views of the beach and pool. The boardwalk to the beach is very convenient with showers to wash off the sand. The beach is very wide with soft white sand. The balconies are large enough to dine and enjoy coffee in the morning and shady in the late afternoon. Furnishing were very nice in all rooms and especially in the kitchen."

"Always a Great Stay at Ocean One!!!!!!!
We have enjoyed our stays at Ocean One for the many, MANY years and have stayed in many different apartments. We liked 203 until the Animal Kingdom moved into the one bedroom!!! When we found 411 for our visit in '09, we were delighted---king beds in 2 bedrooms which are decorated so well, and accommodate 2 couples very nicely. The 3rd bedroom is very nice for my widowed sister. We have always loved Ocean One's separate bathrooms for each bedroom and have never looked outside of Ocean One. The landscaping view between the building and the ocean is especially beautiful!!, and the location, location, location is ideal. You might suggest to your cleaning crew to clean a bit better around the baseboards in the bathrooms, and 411 definitely needs a new pad for the ironing board. We look forward to, God Willing, to more visits to Ocean One AND 411!!!!

This villa has a wonderful oceanfront view and overlooks the pool. It was perfect for our family of six. Seashore Vacations was easy to work with. We had a problem with the dryer in the unit and they sent someone out right away. The only thing we didn't
like about this villa is the bathrooms are small and need remodeled. They looked dirty even though they probably weren't because of rust on the metal surfaces and age of the unit. The bathrooms are so small, you really can't fit two people in there if you're
getting ready to go out or whatever. There are no pictures of the bathrooms on the website so you don't know this before you get there. Otherwise, very nice place."
