Courtside is an ocean-oriented complex with first-floor apartments, two-story and three-story townhouses. Courtside 46 is a ground floor apartment with no steps to navigate. Courtside is 1.5 blocks from the beach and next door to Van Der Meer Tennis Center. A special membership with Van der Meer provides Courtside guests with tennis privileges up to one hour per day per condo. This community has two on-site pools, a lagoon with fountain, and parking at the front door of each property. Courtside is within 3 blocks of Coligny Plaza, the Beach Market and Park. This quaint downtown area offers guests a wide selection of restaurants, shopping venues, and entertainment for all ages. King in master bedroom, double and twin in bedroom 2, living room has queen sleeper sofa.

"Family Getaway
This was a quick, last minute family trip and we had a wonderful time. My daughter loves to rent the bikes in Hilton Head so it was really nice she was able to rent a few and they were brought directly to the unit. "

"Good time on Hilton Head
We had a good trip to Hilton Head. We rented the end unit (46) in Courtside. It is located right next to a street on one side, but it was still nice. Only issues were the privacy fence was in disrepair just outside the back door. The carpet was dated, as I prefer hard flooring for a beach trip. Everything else was very nice. Great customer service from Seashore vacations and very no-hassle vacation which is just what we wanted. "

"Clean and Close to the Beach
The unit was pretty clean and conveniently located to the beach. It’s only about a five minute walk. The unit was very well stocked including several different coffee makers and a variety of Tupperware in addition to most standard kitchen utensils. The unit is older and it is apparent that it hasn’t been kept up as well as it could have over the years but again was still very clean and spacious and great for our party of two adults, a ten year old, and three two year olds. The master bedroom was large enough that I was able to set up three toddler travel cots for my littles. It was easy to walk to the pool from the sliding doors in the back. I did call maintenance about a few broken air return vents and they arrived a bit later and did what they could but were having to order replacement vents. I would definitely stay again. "

"Courtside 46 Review
This was a great place to stay, especially as we were able to book it in a short amount of time. The check in/out process was super easy! Very roomy and close walk to the beach...only issue was bugs, but the exterminator hadn’t come since January (probably because of CO-VID19). Would stay here again for sure. "

"Last minute vacation so worth the money
I had no expectation because of the great price point but the bathrooms can use a little updating they are moldy and very old. The mgmt team and the location were great. One of the pools was fantastic but the nearest pool again was very run down and old. We made a very last minute vacation plan and for that reason I was okay with these inconveniences."

"Spring Break Getaway
Great location close to the beach and shops. It did look as though some touch repairs were needed such as painting and ceiling repair. My kids did advise that a larger TV was needed in the double room. Our laptop screen was bigger than the TV provided in the double room. Overall, the experience was good and we had a great time. We will definitely be back."

We had a wonderful three months in Hilton Head at Courtside on DeAllyon Avenue. Very nice condo near the beach. Seashore was great in making sure everything was working properly and fixed things (the dishwasher was replaced the same day it broke down) when necessary."

"Week stay at courtside 46
My family and I enjoyed our stay at courtside 46. All the amenities of home and only a short walk to the beach. A few things that need some attention. The dining table leg is broken and one of the chairs was unsafe to sit in. Other than that I would say the condo is it great shape. Pete at seashore vacations was great at finding a great property at a reasonable price in a short amount of time! Convenient in every aspect of the vacation experience. Thx again Pete! ??"

"Great time for young family
We had such a good time at Courtside, the condo was very clean for the price. We are not high-maintenance people this was perfect for us. We have 2 small kids and all of us had plenty of space. My only gripe, was that the pool is dirty. I really wish they would put a little bit more effort into cleaning it as there was a lot of dirt and leaves in it the whole week we were there."

"Hilton head 2015
We had a very nice time. We cooked several meals at the rental. The kitchen was well equipped except there wasn't a large skillet. There was a small skillet but had not been cleaned very well. In fact I think something had been burned in it. The rental otherwise had everything we needed. We would have felt more comfortable if the sliding door had a stick in the bottom to prevent opening it. Just an extra safety feature. We would return again. They need to work on their email reply system. I received numerous emails requesting to the sign the contract and return to them, after I had already done that. Even got one after we had returned home. Definitely needs fixed."

"Wonderful little mini vacation!
We wanted just a short weekend getaway to HHI, which is almost impossible to get this time of year, but Seashore Vacation Rentals were able to book just a weekend with no problems, While I prefer ocean front, or at least ocean view, and the condo was neither, it was still very nice! The condo was clean & well furnished, and within a short walk to the beach, shopping, and dining! I would definitely book with Seashore Vacation Rentals again!"

"Visit to HHI and Courtside
Easy to make arrangements. Gave emails explaining what needed to be done and how to pick up keys. I have visited Courtside many times and this was the first time I was VERY DISAPPOINTED in the rental. Blinds had fallen down, big spots on floor, Bugs, sheets didn't fit beds and we only had 5 dinner table chairs and a broken leg on one of the kids seats. I have used Seashore for many years and usually have a good place, but this is a rarity and it was not private in the living room due to the blinds broken. "

The property was not as clean as I thought it should have been. We spend the first couple days cleaning. Also problem with TV's and several appliances (dryer, garbage disposal). "Tennis Parent
The property was very out dated and needs to be remodel and cleaned. The amount of money and timeframe for occupancy being requested for the stay was unacceptable. The pictures being viewed on the site gave no justice to what the actual placed looked. I would really like to be reimburse partcially because I paid for two facilties on the property."
