Fabulous North Forest Beach location less than 180 steps to the beach! This is by far the best value in North Forest beach. No need to cross a busy street to get to the beach! Grab you friends and family and soak up the sunshine in this fully furnished, six-bedroom home. This house was new in 2002 and has been updated since. Amenities include flatscreen TVs, gaming system, high-speed secure internet access, and free long distance calls inside the US. The house also comes with the use of four beach cruiser type bikes.
Our home is a wonderful place to kick back and relax. Enjoy the sunshine at the pool or take a very short stroll to the beach. Enjoy a round of golf, play tennis, bike the beach, or relax in the pool. Shopping and restaurants at Coligny Plaza are just a short 5 minute walk away.
Large, full-stocked open kitchen flows into eating area and family room. Separate dining room and living room add more space to spread out and enjoy. Sit outside on massive wrap-around porch or lounge by the pool in own private garden setting.
Bedroom Summary/Configuration: 6 bedrooms total- 2 king master bedrooms, 2 queen bedrooms, 1 bedroom with two twins and 1 bunk room (one twin and one bunk with twin up/queen down configuration).
~Downstairs Master Bedroom- One king bed. Downstairs Master bedroom has its own walk in closet, HDTV with DVD player, and attached master bath (double sinks, shower and Jacuzzi tub). Bedroom has direct access to the large first floor wrap around deck.
~Upstairs Master Bedroom- One king bed. Upstairs Master bedroom has its own walk in closet, HDTV with DVD player, and large master bath with two sinks, Jacuzzi tub, and shower. Bedroom also has direct access to the large second floor wrap around deck.
~Upstairs Bedroom Two- One queen bed. Bedroom has an HDTV with DVD player. Shares a large Jack-n-Jill bathroom (double sink, shower and jacuzzi tub) with adjoining bedroom #3.
~Upstairs Bedroom Three- One single bed, plus one Twin over Queen bunk bed. Shares an adjoining bathroom with bedroom #2. Bathroom has 2 sinks, a shower and a Jacuzzi tub. Room also has direct access to the large second floor wrap around deck.
~Upstairs Bedroom Four- One queen bed. Bedroom has HDTV with DVD player and direct access to the large second floor wrap around deck. This bedroom shares a full bath (across the hall) with bedroom #5.
~Upstairs Bedroom Five- Two single beds. Has direct access to the large second floor wrap around deck and adjoining full bath.
• Maximum of 4 vehicles permitted.
• Pool Heat may be added for a $50 setup fee and $100 per day. The hot tub for this home cannot be used.

Any rentals cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund minus the Reservation fee. This fee is nonrefundable.
No reservations may be cancelled within 30 days or less of the arrival date for your stay. Full payment is required and no refunds will be issued.
We recommend travel insurance which will reimburse you for your entire stay should you have a qualifying reason.
All Reservations made for a duration of 28 nights or longer are non refundable, travel insurance is highly recommended.
