The view is spectacular! There was construction going on around Caravel Court. Finding a parking space was sometimes a challenge. The oversized construction equipment took up parking spaces. Overall we enjoyed our stay."

"Just as pictured-lovely and convenient to Harbor Town
Overall a great place-
Everything was as pictured. Perfect setting and view-right on the harbor with beautiful view of Harbortown.
A couple of beach towels would be nice for when you go to the pool that is recommended. Not a big deal but we ended up going to Publix and buying a couple for the time we were there. Aside from that-very nice!"

The condo is in a lovely spot and has a fine view of the harbour and Harbour Town. It is comfortable; the kitchen is well equipped. However, I did not find the property manager to be particularly efficient or courteous. I was also a bit surprised that the condo had none of the conventional minor additions like coffee, sugar, cream, etc"

"Our unit was a great location on the marina .
Place was great location ,overall nice but needs some updates. Blinds in bedroom , towels like sandpaper , yoga mat was nice touch but dirty and old. Providing one day of coffee and salt & pepper would have been nice.
The patio screen door difficult to open and close. The wall where the trash can was in closet in kitchen was splattered from garbage can.. had to wipe down the grime on wall.
We had party people right below us sounded like they were in our unit. "

"Perfect Location!
We had an awesome stay.
Property was exactly as represented. The unit was spotless and well stocked with all your basic needs. The harbor view from the balcony was spectacular. You will be hard pressed to find a better location in the Sea Pines area.
We selected this unit so we could be with our daughter’s family who have stayed at this very complex for the past four years. Our stay was so relaxing that we have already started discussing possibly joining them again next year!"

"Wonderful Place to Relax
This Villa provided exactly what I needed for my short get away. Perfectly located near shops, restaurants, golf, walking trails and yet private enough to get away from it all. It had everything I needed in the kitchen. Coffee on the balcony looking over the marina was a treat. I can’t wait to come back!"

"Another week in paradise
This property has gorgeous views and great location. Bike ride to the Beach Club isn't bad and short walk to pool. Property was very clean and had what we needed for the week. Communication with mgmt company was very easy and liked the text and email updates for our stay."

"Our wonderful view and stay
I don't think you can get much better of a view. We stayed here in Harbor Town at 1028 Caravel Court and will do it again. We only had one issue and that was for 5 nights we were only provided 2 bath cloths which left us washing clothes every day. I would think you would at least be provided with 4 at the least. Overall a wonderful stay. I would add I hope in the future there will be an update to the shower like maybe a walk in. "

"Worth the View
Property exactly as pictured. Great location obviously! Walks around the harbor every day, watching the boats go in and out, dinner at the Crazy Crab! The view is definitely worth the price! Also be sure and eat at the Old Oyster Factory and Michael Anthony's (expensive but special)."

"HHI Vacation
Second time we have stayed in this property and we were really pleased with the property itself. The location is perfect for things at Harbortown! But if you are a beach person please know you are NOT allowed to park in the beach club. Only option right now is to ride the trolley. We knew this rule for the summer but Sea Pines changed the date on us this past weekend. Although loved the property and no issues with company I will rent through resort moving forward. Beach is something we like to do!! "

"Great Choice and getaway
The rental was as described and pictured. We stepped into the condo and smiled because of the view we were going to have for the next 16 days. We enjoyed our daily walks and watching the activity in the marina. The island has numerous restaurants and we made all good choices. Our favorite was walking to the Harbor Town Bakery Cafe and having breakfast. We definitely will return if available."

"Beautiful view of Harbour
This villa was perfect and we will definitely return. It was VERY clean and if you plan to cook, they had everything you would need. We were able to check in early and they even offered us an extra night for 25% off which we happily accepted. The customer service was the best I’ve ever experienced. They constantly kept in touch with me!"

"New Years Weekend = wonderful
What a pleasant surprise! This space was clean, and the view was great. We were able to sit in in the home, and watch the boats come in and out of the harbor, watch them at night, with their beautiful Christmas, decorative lights, and watch the people walk up and down the sidewalk. Being able to stay inside the warm condo while we watch the ball drop from the lighthouse was an experience we definitely would want to repeat. The bedding was very comfortable, one of the best Rest that we have had in a vacation rental before. The home is extra clean, and the surroundings are very clean safe and very nice. Great restaurants and loved the sea pines preserve! Be sure to see Pickney Island"

First time to Hilton Head did not disappoint! Going through Island Rentals was a smooth transaction. Finding welcome packet and key to condo was a little harder than expected but it was more than likely not knowing the area, roundabout, exiting roundabout that was the problem. All in all our trip was amazing. I did call after check in to report a small issue but Travis was more than helpful. We will definitely be back!"

We spent a week in 1028 on Caravel Court and had a good experience. Great view, convenient to everything, lots to do for kids and adults. We don’t do cooking on vacation but if you plan to cook you will need to bring spices, cooking oils etc. They supply pots, pans, dishes and utensils. Very clean unit and we would stay there again!"

Your description of the condo is far from the truth. The first thing that this condo needs is to be updated. It is drab and the tub/shower is an accident waiting to happen.

We were at HHI for the RBC Heritage Golf Tournament. The view to the Harbour and proximity to the clubhouse were unbeatable! I’ve been to the island about 20 times over the years, and this was my best stay ever."

"A Quiet Thanksgiving Away From Home
We typically stay in Harbour Town when we come to Hilton Head Island and have stayed at a number of properties around the marina. We have stayed in several condos at Caravel Court, though this was the first time in this property.
A great view that we never get tired of, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Having stayed in Sea Pines during November in previous years, we know that it tends to be quiet and have less crowds than the summer.
We weren't sure about the mirrored walls but they gave the condo a sense of spaciousness. We would definitely consider this property for our future trips to Sea Pines. "

"Wonderful Stay!
We had a fantastic stay at this cute condo. The view from the balcony is gorgeous. We loved having coffee out there in the mornings and wine in the evenings. If you like biking, this unit is in a great area of Sea Pines to get around and see everything in the community. The bed was comfortable and we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Excellent Accommodations in Harbor Town
Overall the accommodations were wonderful. Condo was in great location, well maintained and clean. We had a lovely small balcony overlooking the harbor and although we didn't have time to use, we had beach chairs, umbrella and bikes available for use. My only complaint would be the noise generated from the room next door. We chose this location as it was more adult friendly and expected it to be fairly quiet. Unfortunately the neighbors next door had company til 3 am on two nights; they were extremely loud sounding as if they were in our bedroom, moving furniture and yelling. We're all up for having fun, but they should have been considerate of others in the building who are also on vacation and wish to sleep. Had we stayed longer, I would have notified management to hopefully address with neighboring tenants. "

"Nice but Dirty
The unit was nice but very dirty. The comforter was dirty, floors had fingernails... They did refund my cleaning fee which was nice. But I loved the nice heavy comforter as pictured and it was not returned at all during our stay. We were told there was an additional quilt and we could use it. I found dirty blankets with it. I’m sure it was simply a bust cleaner, but the fact that we were not promptly returned the nice heavy comforter (which I love) was bothersome. The unit had a nice view. Bed was hard as a rock though. The owner should definitely do something about that. Facilities are nice and location was amazing!! "
