"Last-Minute Getaway to HHI!
We decided to book a last-minute vacation to HHI. My partner, dog, and I usually visit HHI once a year in the fall. We've stayed at other places in Racquet Club Villas before and love the convenient location near Harbour Town, as well as the shops and restaurants there. The place had everything we needed and more. It was very clean and perfect for our family. We would definitely stay there again!"

The condo was as advertised. Very clean and well maintained.
Kitchen is well equipped. Great location, short walk or bike ride to Harbour Town and an easy bike ride to the beach.

"Lovely week in HHI
My husband and I enjoyed 5 days in the racquet club villas condo with our two dogs. We loved the Sea Pines resort and its beautifully landscaped grounds. The two bikes that come with the rental were great for getting around the property. We rode all over. We took our dogs to the beach early mornings to run off leash. The location of the condo was great, in walking distance from the Harbour Town area of the resort. Condo had everything we needed. My only complaint is the living room sofa. Seems older and cushions are worn down. It is terribly uncomfortable and needs to be replaced. "

"Mid-Su!mmer Get-a-way
Very nice unit in great location (you can walk to Harbor Town). One issue is the bed. Head-board needs to be addressed. Any slight movement the HB hits the wall and makes a loud noise. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this unit to others, but please address this one issue. "

"Snowbird Get-away
This was our first experience as true Snowbirds at this location and it proved to be truly exceptional. Kudos to the host; renovations appear to be in progress. Walls looked recently painted and the kitchen was outfitted with new cutlery, pots and pans, dishes and utensils.

The bathroom needs some work, but all in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our two month stay.

Location is wonderful.

This is one of the best properties we have visited. Location was great of course but the management company goes above and beyond. Bikes on site, pass into Sea Pines: very thoughtful! "Lovely Condo
My husband and I LOVED this rental! The decor was so cute and the place was very clean! I felt so comfortable and relaxed on this vacation. Outside the back deck you can watch people playing golf. We took advantage of the free bike rentals located directly outside of the condo - it was a blast riding around Sea Pines. It was also very handy having the free parking pass because we were in and out of Sea Pines multiple times a day. The cell phone app we had to download was extremely helpful for remembering the codes to things and navigating the property. I enjoyed the books in the rental about HHI as well. We did not use the pool this visit, but we plan on coming back! "

"Racquet villas
We loved our villa that we stayed in. It was easy to find and it was very private. The check in process was super easy. The unit has everything you need to get started. We loved the fact that there was a washer and dryer in the unit. It is very close to harbor town, which is like a mini village. We biked or walked to a lot of places on the sea pines resort. I would highly recommend Island Rentals to anyone visiting the island."

"Mixed review
We loved this location and the layout of the unit. Bikes are a huge plus. The bathroom is pretty awful - not up to rental standards ( shower, floor, low water pressure). The sitting area furniture looked fine, but the seat cushions were ‘shot’ offering nowhere to sit comfortably. These fixes would make a world of difference! There was also a very loud disruption of car honking and yelling in front of the next unit at 5 am one morning. Unsettling. "

Fantastic property! Very clean, updated throughout, new appliances, furniture and Smart TVs. Short walk to Harbor Town clubhouse and marina.
We travel extensively via our timeshare, , etc and this is one of the absolute best places we have ever stayed. Management team quick to respond to requests and very helpful with suggestions and ideas during our stay, like having a personal concierge."
