"Awesome Stay minutes from the beach
The Villa was awesome in a great location. Kitchen was stocked and bedding was adequate. We would definitely stay again. Chairs and bikes was a plus.

Room for improvement:
Be nice to have more towels and wash clothes.
Dishwasher stopped working the last day but not a big deal.

"Good- but...
The place was nice, clean, and in a good location- but there were literally four bowls and literally four mugs in the kitchen! There were no extra blankets and no extra pillowcases for the two other pillows they provided. There were no dressers/drawers for clothing in either bedroom! Our clothes ended up in messy piles all over the floor and on the chairs! Just a heads up..."

"Comfortable, Great location, needs updates
We booked this rental about 2 weeks prior to going and were pleased a unit in this location was still available. Overall, we were comfortable and the unit (aside from the dishes) was clean upon arrival. Checking in was easy and everything was explained well for easy check in. The biggest disappointment was that the unit mentioned that it ‘Sleeps 6’. It was my mistake to assume but I booked this under the impression the sofa was a pullout. We booked with 3 children thinking our oldest could sleep on the pullout. Every other similar property in the vicinity had a pullout couch when listing 2 bedrooms and ‘sleeps 6’. This is, at the least, deceiving. My fault for not confirming. We bought bed sheets and blankets at the local wal-mart because there isn’t even an extra blanket to spare.
The main issue is that there is a big lack of basic conveniences. Adding hooks in the bathrooms for towels, shelves above the laundry for pantry items (we had to use a *very old, empty cabinet), dressers in the bedrooms (we used the ironing board and drying rack to unpack and display clothes), and enough silverware and dishes for a family of 5 would make this unit much more desirable. We needed to wash dishes frequently to keep up with our needs.
*The dishwasher really needs to be replaced. Thankfully my husband is handy and was able to fix it when it broke on day 2, but each dish pulled out of the cabinet was dirty and needed to be pre-washed. Once fixed, the dishwasher still struggled to clean effectively.
This unit has a wonderful view and is close to everything, the beds/furniture were comfortable, new floors were really nice and the space was (almost) as described. We enjoyed the bikes and pool but think this unit could be improved by providing more updates and conveniences.
Updates needed-
-more silverware/dishes
-plastic cups/plates for kids
-replace rusty washer/bathroom medicine cabinet

"A Great Family Stay
3 adults and 3 children stay for 1 week. Villa is located on the 3rd floor but stairs and elevator in convenient location.

Room was very clean, great water pressure, kitchen stocked with dishes. All appliances worked great. Beds were comfortable however sheets were rough/loud, almost like exam table paper.

Villa location in Sea Pines was wonderful. Many bike trails, 0.8mi to sea pines beach club where we’d park for a beach day. Easy drive to Coligny (also easy bike ride but longer). Blue Trolly picks up next door so the trip to Harbortown was easy. Would stay again but would bring our own sheets. ��"

"Good location
Great location. Short bike ride to beach, harbor town and to salty dog! Even though the condo needs to be updated it worked out well for us. Watch out for a few of the coffee mugs when getting them out of the microwave....they are extremely hot!!! Pool was great! We enjoyed our stay. "

"Good location
The only complaint would be no dresser in either bedroom.
30 days living off a spare bed is a bit much for what we paid.
The owner did say dressers were coming later in the year.

"Wonderful property!
The condo was the perfect fit for our family of 5. I couldn't find the level anywhere but it is located on the third floor so you get magnificant views and an elevator! Quick bike to the beach club or the trolly is right by the unit. Fantastic area close to all Sea Pines has to offer. Updated and very clean."
