Upon entry, you walk into the home's sitting room, which has a dining table for 4 and comfortable seating that is perfect to unwind on over your favorite novel. Take a few more steps into the massive great room and take in one of the most amazing views on Hilton Head—the huge windows along with the high ceilings truly help capture an amazing view of the Atlantic Ocean. There is plenty of seating for all around the flatscreen TV on the large sectional and additional chairs if needed. Just a few steps over will lead you to the kitchen, living room, and dining area—a very open floor plan allows for an easy flow between the spaces. The living room has a couch and a loveseat around the flatscreen TV and offers direct access to the porch through the sliding glass doors. The kitchen is completely stocked with everything you need, and there is plenty of counterspace on the huge kitchen island for many people to cook simultaneously with room to spare. Top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances and new furnishings come together to make a chef's dream kitchen! There is seating for eight at the dining table and an additional five stools at the kitchen bar.

The first three bedrooms can be found on this main level, all greatly separated and with their own private bathrooms. Bedroom 1 serves as the suite for this level and features a king-sized bed along with stunning ocean views, a flatscreen TV, and a huge walk-in closet. Bedroom 2 features two twin over queen-sized bunk beds, a couch, beanbags, and a flatscreen TV—the perfect kids room! Bedroom 3 features a king-sized bed and flatscreen TV. On the second floor, find the master suite and the two remaining bedrooms. The master suite has a king-sized bed and comfortable seating to enjoy the ocean views through the huge windows. The master bathroom is large and features a soaking tub and walk-in shower. Down the hall, bedroom 5 sits with a king-sized bed and boasts amazing ocean views. There is access to a full bathroom right across from this room. Bedroom 6 features two queen-sized beds, stunning views, and a private ensuite bathroom.

Take the spiral staircase to the bottom to unveil 2 game rooms that will make for amazing game nights with your friends and family! Guests can enjoy their own ping-pong table, pool table, and classic Golden Tee and NBA Jam arcade games all from the comfort of their own home. There are some bar seats down here as well as an icemaker to make getting those refills easy! There is a bathroom down here complete with a walk-in shower that also conveniently has direct outdoor access to make pool and beach days easy. Through the glass doors, take a few steps out to the amazing outdoor entertainment area—summer days out here are unbeatable. Enjoy hot days out in the private pool and spa as you listen to the waves crashing right behind you. There are plenty of pool loungers and chairs for all to enjoy, as well as some plush seating. There is a full covered kitchenette along with an outdoor bar and grill that is guaranteed to make your time outside not only fun, but easy! Additional fees apply for last-minute requests made prior to arrival or after arriving at the property. If the weather drops below 60 degrees, the pool may not be capable of being heated or reaching an optimal temperature.
