The first floor features an open floor plan complete with tile and vinyl plank flooring, updated kitchen with newer cabinetry, granite counter tops, and white appliances; located just off the kitchen is a stackable washer and dryer. There is a powder room just off the dining area of the main level of this villa. The living room has updated furniture with a queen sleeper sofa with a flat screen television and a dining area with seating for four people,and a two seat breakfast bar. From the living room, sliding glass doors open to a nice patio with a gas grill and chairs overlooking the courtyard.
Both bedrooms are on the second floor. The master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed, flat screen TV, large closet space. The guest bedroom has two Full size beds and there is a full bathroom in the hallway between the bedrooms.
In addition the great central location, once inside the Hilton Head Cabanas complex you will find a quiet, family friendly environment where your family can play in the courtyard, swim in the pool, or have a cookout.

Cancellations made between 30 and 15 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund of the total cost of your stay.
