This 2BR/2.5 BA villa is exceptional as it offers spacious comfort and has been totally redecorated providing a very pretty uplifting feeling. Additionally, located within easy walking distance to the beach, this villa offers a recently resurfaced tennis court and 3 onsite pools and is close to all the activities offered by Coligny shops and restaurants.

The great room includes a living room with TV and a sofa that extends into a queen sized bed. The kitchen with breakfast bar offers a spacious area for family to congregate. The dining area offers seating for four.
The master bedroom has a King bed with TV and full private bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a twin trundle and it too has a private bath. Completing the second floor is a stackable washer and dryer.

• Please note, the pools in this community are open from April through October.

• A maximum of 2 well-behaved dogs are permitted with payment of an additional pet fee.

With a short walk to the beach, and 4 free adult bicycles, this unit is an island explorer's paradise.

"Great little condo!
We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It came with bikes, which made everything better for our teenagers. Its location is a quick bike ride to the beach, which they did a couple times a day. The unit is maybe 50 steps to the nearest pool. It was great to go in the mornings before it got too crowded. So convenient! The condo was very clean when we arrived and also had enough paper towels, trash bags and toilet paper. The pod coffee maker that was in the pictures was missing from the condo, but the management company had one sent over the next morning. We appreciated that! "

"A wonderful stay in paradise!
Our family’s stay at 47 Ocean Breeze was nothing short of perfect! The unit was clean, very well decorated, equipped with everything we needed, and a perfect location on the island! Just a short walk to the beach and a short walk or bike ride to Coligny Plaza! We biked pretty much everywhere we went, so the fact that this unit included bikes was a huge plus! Check-in and check-out were both as simple as could be! We will definitely be back to the island and hope to stay here again. "

"Great first stay.
We loved our townhome for the week. Was nice having area for our doodles as well as extra bedroom for our son. We walked everywhere we went. Went to beach several times. Went to the Plaza several times to look around and meals. We are planning on coming back on Sept. for our anniversary. Thanks for place being stocked with everything we needed for our vacation. 5"

Pros: We had a great overall stay at 47 Ocean Breeze - a very good location - a pleasant walk to the beach - attractive and well maintained grounds - two bikes were provided- a very well maintained and clean outdoor pool with lounge chairs - we found it to be very peaceful/quiet at nighttime. A really nice comfortable bed. The layout of this home is very nice with nice furniture and a big T.V. in every room, we especially appreciated the large T.V. in the living room area and the C.D.'s provided and that Cable T.V. was provided.

Cons: We do not use Teflon coated pots so it was inconvenient to have them even though a new set was so kindly dropped off to us, however we purchased two stainless steel pots and a salad spinner to get by.
It would have been helpful if there was a blender on site and a salad spinner (we decided to leave it there for you).

The downstairs ceiling vents need attention and the upstairs shower caulking needs attention. Closet floors needed cleaning and wire shelving needed cleaning, there were 8 hangers so we purchased some and left them there. The bottom drawer of the oven had drips of oven cleaner in it and was unusable.

We loved this apartment. It was spotless and had everything you possibly needed for your beach vacation. Just short walk to the beach and with the buggy and chairs available for us to use was wonderful. We also enjoyed the bikes every day. We definitely recommend this place for anyone. The island rental company was great to work with too. They took care of us. We are retired now so we will definitely be back ��"

The rental was very clean and in a great location on the island. Easy walk to the beach. Close to Coligny Plaza. The rental had everything you might need to enjoy your stay. Very quiet location. Comfortable beds. The pool is literally in the back yard. The available bicycles are a GREAT perk! "

"October Getaway
Overall good. Had problems with TVs as the instructions weren't correct. Property Management came over and corrected the instructions so that we could watch them. Very prompt and courteous. the unit was very busy - lots of stuff in the cupboards and counters. Had to move stuff in the pantry so that we had some place to put groceries. Over done on wall hangings - just very busy and cluttered. Closet space very limited as dresser was in there. The unit did not look like what is posted on the website. Unit was clean and with ample starter supplies. "

"Great trip

"It’s okay but needs some repair work done.
Stayed over Labor Day weekend and the rest of that week. The parking area for this rental is awful. All the spaces get taken up and you get left parking further away from the rental and walking. There should be a designated parking spot for the rental that is right by the sidewalk. The rental itself was clean and in okay shape for the most part. The curtains in the living room had half a dozen missing. The bathroom shower running in the kids room would cause the ceiling in the kitchen to leak. It would drip into the kitchen sink and where one of the bar stools sat. Will definitely need work done on plumbing. The master bathroom shower has the bathtub while the kids shower is the nicer stall, so they are backwards. Not a huge dealbreaker but annoying when little kids need a bath in the adults bathroom. The kids beds were extremely loud and squeaky as were the stairs. I’ve rented other ocean breeze rentals and wouldn’t rent this one again unless the price was lowered. We spent most of our time at the beach or on bike rides so overall the stay was fine. "

"Don’t let the pictures fool you!
Our week at 47 Ocean Breeze was during the week of July 4th. Upon arrival, we quickly noticed there was not an electric grill as stated in the listing. We immediately called the property management company and left a message. During our entire 7 day stay we never received a call back. Our first dinner preparation was spent washing all of the dirty silverware, glasses, plates, etc. before they could be used. Overall, the place needs a lot of work! Several soft spots in the downstairs, filthy porches, worn out bedding in the master bedroom. Master bed doesn’t even have a headboard. Just marks on the wall from where one had been. Towels are like thin sandpaper. Blender was broken which meant no frozen drinks! We’ve been to HHI many times over the past 30+ years, and this villa was by far the worst experience we’ve ever had there. "
