It features three bedrooms, three bathrooms and three decks with spectacular views right over the pool and ocean! The unit features stainless-steel appliances and large, wall-mounted Smart TV’s in every room. It is only steps to the pool, beach, and barbecue pit. Storage galore for all your beach goodies and leisure wear.
OCEAN ONE HAS A FULL SCALE RENOVATION PROJECT SCHEDULED TO RESUME IN SEPTEMBER 2023 THROUGH JUNE 1ST, 2024. EXTERIOR WORK IS EXPECTED TO AFFECT THIS PROPERTY 9/15-10/20 AND 1/12-3/29. DATES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE AS THIS IS A MAJOR CONSTRUCTION PROJECT THAT COULD INVOLVE UNEXPECTED DELAYS.

The Third Bedroom has a bunkbed with a twin size bed over a full bunkbed, plus a full size trundle bed. This bedroom also has a private bath. There is a third balcony that is located directly off the main living area with seating!

During peak season, this is mandatory. There is no overflow parking available in the Forest Beach area at all.
