This condo will sleep 6 people comfortably. The Master has a King bed and the Guest Bedroom has a Queen. The unit has 2 living room areas - one with a sleeper sofa. ideal for both couples and families. There are 3 Flat Screen TV's and Wireless Internet. The Kitchen is updated, fully equipped and has everything you would need for cooking plus a stacked washer & dryer. This will become your favorite condo to return year after year. Ocean Walk is just 1 block from the beach (5 Minute Walk) and just a 10 minute walk to Coligny Plaza which offers numerous shops, restaurants & more. "Great place
It's a great place to stay! It's a large condo where the 2nd bedroom and living room gives privacy to both sides, especially when one person is using the desk working. It's close to the beach and easy to get everywhere! We had a couple of issues that we needed to contact property management and they were resolved very quickly. Very happy with our stay here!"

"Love the Ocean Walk Building
We have stayed in 3 different units in this building because it's great for families w/ kids-space for everyone, close to beach, indoor pool.This unit was the least clean of the 3. Everything was nice but could really use a detailed clean (bedrails,baseboards) and definitely need to replace all the scratched Teflon cookware (that's toxic). "

"Dissappointing
The microwave was not cleaned as well as the grill. We have stayed here before and was very pleased with everything.
I would suggest that the owner try to update the kitchen utilities.with kettles and frying pans..just feedbasck..not complaining"

"Nice Property
This property has a great location and lovely private view from the 2 balconies. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of plates, glasses, silverware and had a nice selection of cookware. It was furnished tastefully and you could tell that the kitchen and the bathrooms had been updated. The balcony from the living space was a nice size with a table and 4 chairs for outdoor dining. The 2 living spaces are great for two couples or a family that would like some separate space. We would definately stay here again expect for one thing. The unit had a musty smell (possibley due to the carpeting in both bedroom spaces). The rest of unit had tile floors. I have allegeries, so the mustiness really bothered me. We opened the windows to get some fresh air in, whiched helped. Otherwise, it was a great place to stay! Thank you!"

"HH vacay
Our rental had a mildew smell which was quickly remedied by staff with a special machine. It was probably because the unit had been closed up for a time. Staff was very helpful and prompt. The property was clean and I wanted to bring the bed home!!!"

"Great time had by all
My friends and I had the best time during our stay. The accomadations were clean, comfortable and well equipt. Close walk to the beach and near by shops and resturant. We loved renting bikes and riding them on the beach and all around the island. And th eindoor poor was great on the rainy days. "

"Gorgeous condo!
This condo was decorated so beautiful! Down to the red dishes and red coffee makers. It’s like a separate suite for the second bedroom. It’s also perfect location. "Anniversary Celebration
Ocean Walk 306 was a beautiful and very relaxing condo. It was very safe and quiet! Entry was easy with the elevator close to the entrance and available carts for luggage. The condo had everything needed! It was comfortable, spacious and would have easily accommodated two couples with private space for each given the two living room areas. Access was easy from Seashore Vacations. We would definitely see if this unit is available upon a future visit!"

We very much enjoyed our stay at Ocean Walk 306! The decor was wonderful and we loved that the beautiful pictures were puzzles..loved that the two bedrooms were separated but the condo was very cozy. Would recommend that night lights be placed in the two bathrooms...would return!"

"Great Condo
The condo is spacious, with ample room for 6. Having two living areas, and the two bedrooms and bathrooms separated, is a great layout for families or couples traveling together. Property is a few blocks from Coligny and the beach. FYI, the easiest beach access is the first crosswalk to the right on S. Forest Beach Drive. Building property is older but well maintained, and has an indoor and an outdoor pool. Condo itself is updated with newer furniture and appliances. We're yearly visitors to HHI, and this was our first time using Seashore Vacations. It was a good experience. Our only issue was that they only had 1 parking hangtag for this condo (the other has been misplaced / not returned by a previous guest) and no blank paper hangtags, so they modified an older paper hangtag. I was concerned about this given that some properties strictly regulate parking, but we did not have any issues. Would definitely stay in this condo again."

The condo is a great area. Only a few blocks from the beach and within easy walking distance to the shops and restaurants at Coligny Plaza but also in a quiet area. Condo very clean and tastefully decorated. Kitchen well supplied with cookware and dishes. Very nice to have a washer and dryer. The property was well maintained. Indoor pool area clean and attractive. I would give a 5 rating. Check in very easy and efficient. First visit to Hilton Head Island. Really enjoyed walking and riding bikes on the beautiful beaches. The miles of pedestrian and bike paths are great. For families the play ground at Celebration Park is wonderful. As senior citizen visitors we thoroughly enjoyed the Coastal Discovery Museum which also has a very nice children's area. In the Sea Pines area the Nature Preserve and Harbour Town Light House are nice to visit. The Preserve has lots of walking paths and the Lighthouse is full of history."

"Nice, roomy, comfortable condo, well decorated!
The condo was as described and more. It was very clean and well taken care of. The decor was well put together. The bed was very comfortable, no back pain or tossing in the night. That was a big “plus” for us. The kitchen had all the essentials one would need in cooking. The outdoor grill was a plus also. I enjoyed the area that you could work on computer or put a puzzle together. This condo is great for couples or those with children. The 2 sitting areas with tvs would be a plus especially with children. We really liked the keyless entry. We recommend this condo to others. Seashore Vacations is easy to work with and would rent thru them again. The check in and check out is easy. "
