This spacious 3 Bedroom 3.5 Bathroom Sea Pines Home is located in the quiet community of Lawton Woods. This home features vaulted ceilings, tasteful coastal decor, and all of the amenities of home. The large living space has a very open feel with a 2nd sitting area and dining area all open to the main living space, allowing for your entire family to gather and enjoy the inviting beauty of this home. An oversized Master Suite is located on the first floor and features a King bed with a large flat screen TV and an additional sitting area. There is a large walk in closet as well as a full bathroom. Upstairs there are two additional bathrooms, each features a queen and twin bed layout. Each bedroom also has a full ensuite bath as well. The outdoor living space is large and inviting with a beautiful deck featuring adirondack chairs surrounding a gas fire pit.

Lawton woods is located with easy access to all Sea Pines amenities, including Sea Pines beach club, Sea Pines tennis and golf courses including Harbour Town Golf Links, home to the PGA tour event, RBC Heritage of Golf. The waterfront South Beach Marina Village is only five minutes away by car. Sea Pines Center and Harbour Town, the jewel of Hilton Head Island is not much more than a bike ride away. Here you'll find interesting boutiques and restaurants, beautiful boats and live music.

Newly Renovated Sea Pines Beach Club is only minutes away. Everything you need for a fun filled day in one place, food, refreshments and activities for the entire family. Please note: From March thru September, guests must take the free beach shuttle to the beach club. No parking at the beach club is allowed. A shuttle map and guide is included in your welcome folder.

Great rental house with everything we needed plus more. There were beach chairs, and toys, thing to play with in the pool, kitchen was fully stocked and plenty of clean towels in the restrooms. The pool was great; however the hot tub was a bit tricky to figure out. Centrally located within a bike ride of the beach, pro shop and Harbor Town. "

"Fanastic property
We enjoyed this property very much. It is very 'homey' unlike some rental properties I've experienced that lack the "extras" (wall & table decor, kitchen utensils/appliances, beach chairs, extra blankets/pillows, fire pit, grill, scent diffusers, etc.).
It's location is central to all that Sea Pines has to offer so a quick bike ride will get you to shopping, dining, the beach/Beach Club and the fitness center and the stables and Preserve are within walking distance. The newly added pool and spa were clean/clear and frequently used during our November stay due to them being heated (addt'l cost). It is a bit odd to have this amenity in the FRONT of the property but the house is on a cul-de-sac so traffic was very minimal and privacy wasn't a huge issue. Our family had plenty of room to spread out as each bedroom has their own bathroom (either en suite or just outside the room) and there was also plenty of seating in the common living spaces so everyone was able to enjoy their own space.
There is even a handful of board games and cards that we took advantage of during rainy times :)
We had one issue w/the pool/spa heat that was quickly remedied by the property management company who also issued a credit for the day when it was not turned on (without a refund being requested). Communication prior to our stay was also sufficient to make us aware of the check-in/access/check-out procedures.
I'd definitely recommend this property to someone looking for a reasonably priced rental located in a quiet but convenient location that offers a lot of space and amenities!"

"Oasis in the Forest
We have been vacationing on Hilton Head for many years, and out of all the homes we have stayed in, this one has become one of our favourites. The house is just the right size, not too big nor too small, and it feels like home. It was well-maintained and equipped with everything we needed. We really enjoyed spending time in the outdoor area, especially the hot tub and pool.

We did have two concerns that we shared with the management company. Firstly, there were no instructions for using the hot tub controls, and secondly, the hot tub would automatically shut down from 8:20-9:10 pm each night.

We are grateful to the owners for sharing their home with us, and we are looking forward to returning next year."

"Perfect Fall Vacation
This property was perfect for our family of four, plus grandparents. The outdoor spaces (heated pool, hot tub, firepit, bicycles, grill, etc) were fantastic. The house was clean, comfortable and well appointed with everything we needed. The central location was also good as we went everywhere on bikes. For the price, this was a great house and I would revisit again. "

Carpet beetles in bedrooms upstairs. Exterminator required.
Owner digging up front yard to put in a pool. Lots of dust and dirt. No screens on windows in master bedroom.
House beautifully appointed inside.
Road traffic overwhelming, noisy and disruptive. At all hours.

"February at 77 Lawton Road
My husband and I shared this home with my brother and sister-in-law. The house worked out great and allowed us the opportunity for guests with the extra bedroom. The area off the living room allowed for a reading/music/computer area where you were able to be with the others, but able to do your own thing. We loved the deck! We could see the horseback riders from the stables through the trees as they passed. Enjoyed having the bikes. Some plumbing issues, but the management company took care of it."

"Beautiful
Wonderfully decorated, spacious, well equipped, close to the preserve.
The property had not been cleaned when we arrived at night.
But the management was very professional about it and dispatched a crew right away to come and clean quickly. They also waved the cleaning fee. We had a great time and hope to come back. "
