"Stayed for a month in the fall
Overall it was good.There are way too many bowls and pots and pans leaving hardly any room to store food. Truly needs to be streamlined. The deck and access to the beach is great. The tv is too small. The drawer under the stove wont stay on its rails. It is hard to maintain a good temperature on all 3 floors and being on 3 floors is annoying. Storage space in the bathrooms is good. Shower heads are poor and there is a limited amount of hot water--not enough to take a bath. "

"Very Spacious
The rental was perfect for out family of 6 adults. Kitchen was well stocked and outdoor space was great to store beach items without tracking in sand. Beds were a little hard to our liking and the living room TV had really bad lag time for streaming (which is the only option) Really close to beach access. "

"Great location!
Seascapes is very close to the Alder Lane beach access which has bathrooms and a cute beach bar and grill. The villa was well appointed and the furniture was very comfy. As always, Island Rentals was great to work with. I would definitely recommend this rental."

"Clean and Close to Everything!
We had a great stay at the condo! The amenities were very nice, and the proximity to everything — shops, restaurants, and the beach — was perfect. Everything was very clean, including the towels and sheets, and the management team was easy to reach and very responsive to any issues.

That said, the second-floor bathroom could really use an update, as it doesn't match the quality and finish of the rest of the condo. We showered in standing water constantly. Also, it would have been helpful if the kitchen had some basic cooking staples like salt, oil, cooking spray, and seasonings. As it stood, we decided not to cook because purchasing all the basics just for a few meals would have been more expensive than dining out.

Overall, a great place to stay, with a few small improvements that would make it even better!"

"Great Hilton Head Condo
We stayed at 3234 Seascape Villa. Everything is just a short walk, drive, or bike ride away. I loved the condi layout. The master bed was so comfortable! The bikes and beach chairs provided were a nice extra. Coligny Plaza and the Pirate Ship park were close and very entertaining. The beach access is right across the road and there's a sidewalk to the beach. I would have liked to seen sidewalks to the pool. Also a taking a wagon is a must if you have small children and beach gear."

"Perfect for 2 close families.
This villa was perfect for 2 close families. An easy walk to the beach or the pool on property made for enjoyable days and kept the kids busy. As is common in Hilton Head, eating out can mean a long wait so we grilled at the villa several times. The grill might need some maintenance or updating but it worked for us once we figured out the nuances. Also, a pair of tongs to grill with would be helpful but we managed and had a good time. We would recommend this villa and would stay here again. "

"Family beach trip
Great location and having the bikes included was fun. The unit itself had some issues. No restroom on the main floor. You had to climb stairs every time you had to go. No hot water in the kitchen sink. This was our 2nd trip to Hilton Head. We will try a different area for our next trip."

"Bathroom and Grill were the only concerns
Nice property and easy access. Upper floor bathroom sink and tub drained terribly, making them pretty scummy by the end of the stay. Only one burner on the gas grill worked correctly. I did not reach out to the management company, because I didn't want anyone messing around during vacation.

"Nice Seascape 3BR Villa
We have rented other Seascape Villas for the past few years because we like the location (close enough to Coligny Circle for a quick bike ride, but far enough away for the quieter section of the beach). We booked this unit later in the year than we usually do, so we didn't have many 3 BR Seascape options, and we ended up paying a rate for this unit that what I felt was priced more than average vs other Seascape units. However, the unit came with 4 bikes, which would have cost a couple of hundred dollars anyway. The villa also came equipped with 4 nice backpack beach chairs which saved us a ton of room in the car since we didn't have to bring ours. This villa was very comfortable and nicely updated in the downstairs, but the bathrooms definitely need updating (at this rent level), but they are fully functional. The back deck is small and can't really accommodate a good size outdoor dining table, but that's due to the location of the unit, as some just don't have the space for larger decks. The owners did a nice job of equipping the villa with whatever you need for the week, and left helpful instructions and photos of how things work and are arranged. Overall, we were happy with the villa for the week and would recommend it. "

"Very good, loved the location.
Property was as advertised. It is in a great location for Coligny and the beach. The beach access and washroom is great and the rental bikes were wonderful. There is new furnishings in the living room, TV worked great, unit was clean. Kitchen was well equipped and BBQ newer and clean. The property is a bit dated and no washroom on the first floor can be a bit of an issue. Master is on 3rd floor, so lots of stair climbing. We were long term renters, so found that the kitchen was very small and not much room to put our supplies. If you are interested in the pools, they are located a good distance from this unit, but again that didn’t affect us.

Would definitely stay here again if we were headed to the Coligny area. We actually requested to book for 2 months next year, but the rental agency informed us that the booking did not have a cancellation policy. Anything more than 28 days was 100% of the rental fee, no matter when you cancelled. We could buy insurance for $600. As seniors, with a rental a year out, that is not an acceptable policy.

Overall we were happy with the unit, the location and the amenities.

"Spacious, garden view residence steps from beach
Six adults enjoyed the many amenities offered; including bikes & beach chairs. Property Mgmt was attentive. Choice of private or public beach access - both with restroom facilities! Loggerhead Landing offered beverages, fire pit, light meals. Fully equipped kitchen (we like to cook) or short walk/bike to Coligny Circle's many restaurants. "

"Overall a good beach stay
Stayed in the townhouse with our family and had plenty of room. Place was clean. Bathrooms could use updating. Property management provided all access information and was readily available to answer questions. The bike rentals that come with the unit was great. Easy walk to the beach. Community pool was a longer walk than expected from the unit. And complex was a bit run down. Beach access has bathroom available. "
