From the beautiful view of the ocean to the immaculate way the grounds are kept we could have not asked for a better place to stay. We were in a different building this year with absolutely nothing different. The condo was very clean and has everything that we could ever need. The grounds were very clean and taken care of. The pool and hot tub was clean. We are already talking about next year!"

Property is well maintained with very nice landscaping. Unit itself is a good size for 2 couples. Nice kitchen. Furniture is showing its age and needs to be updated. Mattresses need to be replaced as they are pretty soft. Also included beach chairs are old and dirty. With updated furniture it would be a 5 out of 5. "

"Beautiful view
The condo was beautiful with an amazing view. We enjoyed our stay and we're very happy with our vacation experience. The only downside was we had issues with the ice dispensing from the freezer, and I saw some bugs (roaches?). The maintenance person was responsive about the ice dispenser and offered to bring us a bag of ice. "

This was our first time to stay at Shorewood Villas, and we were very happy with this choice. The unit was very clean, furnished nicely, had everything we needed in the kitchen, and had a beautiful view of the ocean. The location was great - just an easy quick walk to Colignay Plaza for restaurants and shops. The pool area was beautiful. We appreciated beach chairs and bikes being included. We hope to come back next year, and would highly recommend!"

"Everything you need and more.
The stunning views and beach access made our stay very peaceful and was exactly what we needed. The home is well appointed and has everything you need and a perfect location. Having access to bikes was a great addition. It's a great way to explore the island. We picked up fresh flounder and snapper, which was some of the best fish any of us has ever had. You really can't beat right off the boat seafood. We enjoyed watching dauphins swimming and jumping along the coast and had quite a surprise when three deer came though the foliage between the unit and ocean. We would love to come back. "

"Hilton Head at the beach
Condo and facilities were clean and well maintained. (only downside was the ice maker did not feed ice) Very quiet unit. Top floor view of the ocean was great. We used the included beach chairs and bikes to the max. One bike had a flat tire, we call the bike shop and it was fixed within an hour. The proximity to resturants/shopping/beach was excellent. We would recommend, 5 stars.

Overall great accommodations. Recommendations to make the experience better: 1) Replace balcony/patio furniture with “high top” style furniture included in marketing photos so that guest can have unobstructed view of ocean. 2) Clean / dust ceiling fans ... gross ... otherwise unit very clean . 3) Consider having basic kitchen essentials (foil, etc.) for guests - these are generally found in many /AirB&B type rentals and help make experience for enjoyable. 4) Install plastic/rubber seal strip on bottom of shower door in master bath - water pours onto floor even if being careful. "

"Great Location, Short walk to restaurants, bars & shops
This is our 2nd beach front stay in Hilton Head. This was a great location. Very convenient to Coligny Plaza and the beach. The location has a secured gate which was very nice and the instructions to/from the amenities was easy to follow. We were only confused on how to find the bikes but eventually did figure it out. The property was very true to the description and was very clean when we arrived. We visited Savannah and Beaufort while we were in town. We also visited Harbor Town (very nice) and The Salty Dog. We mostly enjoyed Coligny Plaza and all the evening music. We rode the bicycles on the beach. Not the greatest provided but they worked. We are regular bicyclist and I think next time I will bring my own bike. I definitely would recommend this property and wouldn't hesitate to book again."

"Great location, nice condo
We enjoyed our stay at 503 Shorewood. The location is fantastic and we very much enjoyed the views.

We were able to walk to a lot of restaurants, particularly at Coligny Plaza. We especially liked the Tiki Hut, which is directly on the beach. For breakfast, our favorite place within walking distance was Southern Coney where they have excellent pancakes and great service.

A lot of places are not yet fully staffed, so we had to practice a lot of patience.

The condo was nicely decorated and comfortable. We spent a lot of time sitting on the balcony enjoying the view. Note, we did see some wildlife from the balcony -- mostly deer and rabbits.

A couple of things we weren't sure about before we stayed -- the condo building has an elevator and the condo has a keurig coffee maker in addition to a drip coffee maker.

The condo has two bathroom, but they were both really small. It was just two of us staying in the condo, so we took one bathroom each.

The primary bed was a little uncomfortable. I found I had to try to sleep towards the edge where there was more padding.

The rental company was good to work with and we would look into using them again. "

"Very clean!
The room was extremely clean, which is a big thing for us. Went through and wiped everything with lysol wipes and not a spec of anything was found anywhere. The view was beautiful and the windows in the living room made it so much easier to enjoy the view from inside. Great stay. Bathrooms feel a little dated but still very clean which is most important."

"Wonderful
The unit was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with quality cookware and dinnerware. The beds were comfortable. Being on the top floor the vaulted ceiling in the living room made it feel very spacious. The walk to the beach was very easy. The management company was very responsive and helpful. We loved having bicycles to use as there are many trails around the area. Piggly Wiggly is within walking distance. We only ate out once at the British Open Pub and had fantastic fish and chips. Hated to leave this place. Would definitely come back. "
