"Great dog friendly condo/townhome
Awesome location - we loved the close proximity to Harbourtown and the golf course views. Since it is dog friendly, we were able to bring our dog which is so important to us. We were there over Thanksgiving and the home had everything we needed to make a full Thanksgiving dinner. We love to bike in Sea Pines and this hike comes with free bikes which was great. "

"disappointed
The property was clean. Two of the three bathrooms needed to be completely updated. The two outside decks were old and also needed to be redone. They were very uninviting. However, the rental company and maintenance side of the house were great. I would use them again, I would just select a different place to stay at."

"Fall break getaway - perfect spot
We had a wonderful stay at 2285 Heritage Villas. The location was excellent and the size and set up was perfect for our small family. We could ride bikes or easily walk to the marina area and to shopping/dining. We also enjoyed the proximity to the tennis/pickleball courts. We traveled with our family dog and it was really great that his unit was pet friendly. We would definitely consider vacationing in this unit again. There were a few minor items in the unit that could have been updated /touched up, but generally it was as advertised and shown in the photos. When we reported minor issues the property management/maintenance team was very responsive and professional. "

"Great family getaway
The vacation rental was wonderful. It had all we needed for cooking and grilling. The beds and furniture were super comfortable. The rental was clean upon our arrival and was in a great location. A quick walk to the pool, Harbor Town and sea pine shops. The bikes were an added bonus, our family had a great time biking around Sea Pines all week. And the property management company was quick to respond when I asked a question (late check out). "

"Great place to stay!
We loved our stay at Heritage Villas. The townhome was in the back corner of the unit which we liked. The villa was beautiful and clean. The 2 1/2 bathrooms were nice since there are 3 in my party. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need. We loved staying at Seapines. It is about a 1/4 walk to HarbourTown which we loved. The pool was great! Communication was great from purchase to checkout. Will definitely consider staying here in future! Thanks!"

"Hilton head trip for 3 nights
Not happy with villa. Inside was ok but obviously needing some updates. Inside was clean but showed age. Example would be the medicine cabinet in the master bath. A disgrace. Upstairs also had a couple of cockroaches. The patio and outdoor woodwork was awful and well past needing repair and upsdates. Back steps were even slightly dangerous. "

"Mother's Day Trip
The unit was clean, quiet, and spacious. We enjoyed being within walking distance to Harbour Town lighthouse and restaurants. It was also a short bike/car ride to the clubhouse and beach access. Overall, we loved our trip.

"Heritage Villa
We had a wonderful time and loved being able to bring our fur baby! The location and size of the villa was absolutely perfect! I do feel the villa needs a few upgrades but it wouldn’t keep us from booking this Villa again because we get to bring our dog! "

This perfectly located multi level condo was perfect for my teenage children & beagles. Close to harbortown center, it was a perfect location to walk dogs and walk to dinner & shopping. Rental company was wonderful. Place was clean and loved the 1/2 bath downstairs. Great property. Highly recommended. "

"Great week!
We had a nice week. The place was clean, big and a perfect location! The management was great when something with the pool came up. The only negative is access to the Beach Club. I wasn’t aware that our pass wouldn’t allow parking at the beach club until 3pm. The trolley is fine, but shuts down at 5. Hard to bike with chairs, bags and cooler. We did love having the bikes and chairs provided. That was a huge perk! "

"Wonderful stay!
We love staying at the Heritage villas. Our villa had everything that we needed and the location was perfect! My daughter and I loved riding the bicycles to harbortown every day. The community is very nice and quiet. We will stay again in the future. We didn’t want to come home."

"Wonderful Experience!
This place was absolutely perfect for my mom and I. It was the perfect location, had a beautiful golf course view, and everything we needed! I also really appreciated the Hospitality App and Dashboard, which contained all the information we needed around everything from check-in to check out, and pushed appropriate information to us based on where we were in the timeline of our stay. This was extremely convenient and much appreciated. We cannot wait to return!"

"Great location, Had everything we needed for a great trip
This rental was perfect for us. We could easily walk to the shops and restaurants in Harbour Town and it was just a short ride to South Beach and The Salty Dog on the provided bikes! The beach chairs also came in handy. Most importantly, our dog was able to come on vacation with us. It would not have been the same without him! "

"Will rent again!
We were very pleased with this rental property! It is in a great location—an easy walk to Harbour Town. The unit was clean too.
My husband, son, daughter-in-law, and I were there for Thanksgiving and went on the Vagabond Dinner Cruise for our Thanksgiving meal. Very good.
We brought along our small dog and it was incredibly convenient to walk her right outside the sliding doors. We look forward to returning again. "

"2285 Heritage Villas
Great location. Villa needs a deep, deep clean. Sofas and rugs were covered in animal fur/hair. Had to use own blankets to cover and used beach towels on chairs. Cleaning materials for windows, sanitizing sprays etc. would have been useful. Pool area is very nice. Would recommend if deep cleaned and I would stay again. "

"Good location but needed thorough cleaning
We stayed with our two dogs but I’m sensitive to cat dander. It was so bad on the first floor I was relegated to going upstairs whenever I was indoors. We spilled a tiny bit of water on the kitchen floor and when I picked it up with a paper towel it came up almost black with dirt. "

"Great Location, Rental not in great shape
The location for this condo is perfect. Loved that they had 4 bikes avail to use. The rental company had clean sheets on the beds and clean towels. The physical condition of the rental was VERY DIRTY. There were splatters of who knows what on teh kitchen walls, bathroom walls and all over the woodwork. The sofas were so dingy that I went out and bought cheap sheets to put over them so we could sit down. The floors were not swept or mopped. The location is wonderful but its too bad the interior was not better cared for. "

"Convenient and cozy
The location is walkable to Harbour Town. The townhouse was very quiet and decorated tastefully with newer furnishings. The kitchen was well provisioned and we were able to do an early thanksgiving with no problem. The upstairs bathrooms are old and I think that’s why reviewers are complaining about the cleanliness. The townhouse was very clean for our stay and there is no way to fix the bathrooms other than to renovate. That’s just how old houses are. We had an issue with the cable and the property manager was very prompt in sending a person out to fix it. We also had to extend our stay due to a family emergency and they were very accommodating and helpful as well. I would definitely book this place again. "

"Great Place for a Vacay
My husband and I brought our Boston terrier with us to stay for a week at Sea Pines on Hilton Head. We found this an ideal vacation spot. Everything we could possibly need or want was within a short drive of 10 minutes or less. So many options are available for dining, shopping, relaxing, exercising, or sightseeing that we figure we will visit yearly for the next five years to experience just half of what is offered! Everyone on Hilton Head is very helpful and pleasant. We loved our stay so much that we have already booked a stay this upcoming June to include our grandchildren and their parents!"

"Great golf tennis 4 day weeked
The rental at 2285 Heritage Villas was perfect for a long weekend with my wife. You cannot beat the location next to tennis, the Harbour Town Golf Course AND Harbour Town. We could walk to everything within 5-10 minutes. The rental unit was very clean, well laid out and had a very nice back deck and grass/pine straw area leading up to the gold course. The rental unit was well equipped, beds great and it was quiet. We enjoyed the bikes and spent the day riding to the beach, Salty Dog at South Beach and seeing the gators along the way. Really a perfect rental in every way - highly recommended!"

"Family Getaway
Had a very enjoyable stay. Great location with Harbor Town only a short walk or bike ride away. Villa is well equipped and beds are very comfortable. Nice they had bikes and beach chairs available for use. Only complaint is the cleaning crew could have done a better job. I figured the pet fee was for extra cleaning but doesn’t seem like that is being done. Overall a good stay though and would definitely return!"

"New rental
Location near Harbourtown was perfect, just a short walk to the cafe, restaurants and playground for the kids. Rental unit was as advertised. We made the assumption that it would be in great condition because it was a new rental, but that wasn't the case. It needs a fresh coat of paint and a deep clean. We had one maintenance issue that was taken care of fairly quickly. The unit appeared to be clean upon arrival, but the floors - and especially the rugs - were filthy. They sent the cleaners again the next day without issue, took the rugs to be laundered and dropped off additional supplies, but our initial impression wasn't great. I would recommend the property manager take another look to make sure it meets their standards. "
