"Wonderful time!
This condo was very clean and comfortable. It is in a great location close to the beach and very quiet. Having bikes available as well as beach chairs and an umbrella was an added bonus. Prompt return call when we left message with tv problems and issue was resolved within hours. The only downside was it had no grill. We would definitely stay here again! To thumbs up!!"

"Great condo
We had a wonderful month long stay at 44 Forest Garden and loved it! The sofa and beds were very comfortable which is very important to us!! We used the bikes daily. The property was exceptionally clean. Beach chairs and cart were to be available but only 2 chairs were useable. The kitchen needs more pots, pans, silverware and dishes— minimally stocked except for the crockpot!!! Those were just minor inconveniences because otherwise this unit was amazing. Don’t hesitate to stay here!"

"Cozy & Quiet Getaway!
This rental property felt like a home away from home for my workcation. From the moment I walked in, it felt cozy and welcoming, with all the little touches that made it feel special. The kitchen was very nice and included many outlets on the island that I used for my work from home setup. The bedrooms were super comfortable and the pool is so close you can see it through the sliding glass door. This was the perfect getaway and I will definitely book again when I want to escape Ohio winters!"

"One of the best
One of the best experience in Hilton Head for the last 20 years, often twice a year. We loved organization of space, large kitchen counter with many electrical outlets, modern televisions with multiple channels in all rooms, articulated electric beds in both rooms, dishes of good quality even if in minimal quantity, rental bikes, swimming pool view (cleaned every day). Only problem is patio door poorly adjusted difficult to close properly. Only negative: my wife didn't want to leave after two months in such a nice place!"

Condo was newly renovated. Location was great. A/C worked good in the living areas, but not so good in the bedrooms. Condo lacked coffee cups and glasses. Appliances, TV’s, bedding, towels, etc... we’re great. Bedrooms and bathrooms were on the smaller side. "

The condo was well set up, as seen in the pics. We enjoyed our stay very much. Very clean and comfortable. Close proximity to Coligny Beach made it extra nice. One thing it lacked was a personal touch in the Kitchen, I feel the rental company should provide the basic necessities like coffee/tea bags/ sugar/creamer ;so that one doesn’t have to run out first thing on arrival. "

It’s basically brand new from top to bottom. Furniture is all new. Very VERY clean and I’m VERY particular about places we stay! It’s a great location, close to the beach, the chairs were super nice and bikes. All in all we would totally go here again and our whole family was so happy! "

We really enjoyed the condo, completely updated and beautiful!! Location was great, the bike ride to the beach was easy. Kitchen could have been stocked better. No Blender or wine opener. Also, fan and lights in Master bedroom did not work. Emailed rental company and never heard back. One bathroom was not cleaned upon our arrival, there was cleaning chemicals all over the tub and sink. Seems like they probably were
getting it ready then forgot to go back and clean the bathroom. Hair in shower of other bathroom. The pool was nice and never crowded. Overall the place was great."

"44 Forest Gardens
The rental was clean and very comfortable. The beds were extremely comfortable. When we had minor problems, the maintenance person responded quickly and was very professional. The pool was cleaned every morning and easy to get to. Having the bikes and beach chairs available was a great benefit. When researching the condo, it stated it was an 8 minute walk to the beach. It was more like a 15 minute walk and if you did not have a wagon, the walk was too far to carry all of the beach items you normally take. It would have been nice to have access to a wagon for our stay. Also missing from the condo that would have been a nice addition is a wine opener and a blender, otherwise the kitchen was well stocked. The area was quiet and the neighbors friendly. There were multiple churches near by that you can choose from and much of the area was accessible by the bikes. We enjoyed our stay very much and would not hesitate to book with again."
