Island time management excellent.property needs much maintenance.elevator broke several times.pool had leak needed to fill it with hose daily.lighting in bedrooms insufficient. Bulbs in ceiling fans not working.beds very comfortable,wich is very rare in a rental.very nice looking but needs repair.would return to hilton head island.but a different home."

"28 Corine Lane
The house is large enough for several people with 5 bedrooms and 4 baths. Most of the rooms were large enough for us. Having stayed in Hilton Head for a few years, in a different house every year, I found this location to be the most convenient, close to grocery stores and other shopping. It is also much closer to the bridge to go into Bluffton for the outlets, off-island golf and Old Town than from, say, Sea Pines, although Sea Pines is a really nice place to stay too. With the tall, narrow houses in this neighborhood, the elevator is great to have, although it was not working when we arrived. So we had to lug the luggage up two flights of stairs. Island Time did have an elevator mechanic come and he got it fixed, so we were able to use it for most of our stay as needed when carrying things up. The island Time people were very responsive to anything we needed. Note that there is no mailbox for the property, so you can't have mail directly sent to the house, it must be addressed to Island Time's office and they will call you when it arrives. Operation of the living room's TV was a little challenging given its audio setup. It didn't always work as directed, but we got it figured out. The house and area were very quiet during January and February, but when March came some of the renters nearby were quite noisy, the houses being only about 6 feet from each other.
On a side note, the house we were going to originally rent caught fire the summer before, so Island Time called us at home, told us the situation, and had already lined up this house for us, giving it to us for the same price as the original. Kudos to Brenda Stone for arranging this and everything else she did.
Overall we had a good stay, and I would do business with them again."

"Awesome Vacation
We were very pleased with our vacation rental home. We checked in on Saturday and Sunday we got a call making sure everything was acceptable. We requested hot pads, dish towels and a knife sharpener....the items were delivered Monday morning! Great service!! The refrigerator went out and one was delivered the following day, we were compensated for our trouble. Great service!! The home is beautiful, we love the outdoor living space!! We used the outdoor shower, pool and lounge furniture multiple times a day. I really can’t say enough positive things about the home, the management team, the beach shuttle and Hilton Head Island."

"Family Vacation
The house is beyond perfect. Everything you need , especially if you cook which our family does. Plenty of space for everyone. The pool area is very nice, we spent lots of time there. Just need to get the poison oak away. Management was the best I have ever dealt with."

"Well Appointed House
Our party of 11 (6 adults, 1 teen and 4 kids) really enjoyed this home. It was spacious and the bathroom setup was great with 3/5 bedrooms having their own private access and then rooms 4 and 5 with a shared bathroom which was great for the kids. The bedrooms were comfortable with plenty of pillows, extra sheets, comforters etc. The kitchen was well prepared with sufficient pots/pans, plates, cups, utensils etc etc. The pool was small but nice to have and the outdoor setup in that space was nice as well. The outdoor shower had nice warm water which was great after the beach. Living room was comfortable as well. The shuttle service directly from the house to the beach was excellent!
The only negative is that I thought the cleaning could be a little better in the showers and there was lots of dust on the bedroom furniture which we took care of. Also, the pool was pretty cold for it being summer but I think that’s because the outside area is nicely shaded - just sharing as some May want to consider heating it even in the summer.
Overall would recommend the home as its well appointed, in a great location within HH and easy access to the beach!"

We were 9 people in this rental. It met our needs for the week. Beach was a short bike ride away & much less crowded than others locations we’ve stayed at. Pool is a little small but didn’t get a lot of use. "

"Amazing home! Great location
We loved 28 Corine lane. It was spacious and clean and a quick bike ride to the beach. We loved having the private pool for relaxing and grilling after a fun day at beach or exploring the island. Would stay again if we went back to the island!"
