• Before 61 days of arrival date we will refund the initial payment after the forfeiture of the booking processing fee plus tax and the Credit Card fee plus tax if applicable.
• Between 60 and 31 days prior forfeiture of 50% of the total booking charges.
• Inside 30 days of arrival date all payments are nonrefundable
• The Booking Processing Fee plus tax and Credit Card fee plus tax are non-refundable.

Long Stay Reservations – reservations for 28 days or more.
• Before 91 Days of arrival date we will refund the initial payment after the forfeiture of the booking processing fee plus tax and the Credit Card fee plus tax if applicable.
• Inside 60 days of arrival date all payments are nonrefundable
• The Booking Processing Fee plus tax and Credit Card fee plus tax are non-refundable.

Trip Preservation –We recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment. If Guest has purchased travel insurance, any or all trip reimbursement will be subject to the policy terms and conditions. The travel insurance agreement is between Guest and the Policy Provider. (Property Management) is not the policy provider, Rental Guardian Insurance Services is the holder.
• If selected, the travel insurance premium is charged at the time of selection and is nonrefundable.

Early Departures and No Shows - No refunds for early departures or no-shows. If you have purchased travel insurance, any or all trip reimbursement will be subject to the policy terms and conditions.

Storms - There are no refunds given for cancelation or interruption of your stay due to an event of inclement weather including: a tropical storm, tropical depression, hurricane, or named storm, and all payments will be forfeited. If Guest has purchased travel insurance, any or all trip reimbursement is between you and the insurance company and will be subject to the policy terms and conditions.

Cancellation Refund Schedule –The Cancellation Policy is binding at the time of booking; as outlined in Reservation Confirmation, failure to complete the rental agreement does not exclude Guest from responsibilities of the Cancellation Policy.

"Wonderful Retreat
A beautiful home, large and updated. It has the perfect layout, super clean, great bedrooms (all good size) and bathrooms that are modern and updated. Small touches like laundry baskets in every room were very helpful. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with every kitchen tool you could imagine. The deck is amazing and provides excellent views of the golf course. The pool, while on the smaller size, was perfect for our family and especially the kids. The area of Palmetto Dunes where this house is located is quiet and beautiful. The house is on a quiet cul de sac, which is ideal for families with small kids. It was a reasonable walk to the beach and General Store. We had an amazing week with 9 of our family making wonderful memories!! Most definitely recommend this property. Island Time is wonderful. They were incredibly helpful, always responsive, and just so kind and courteous. The check in and check out process was a breeze!

"Needs more seating to enjoy the beautiful space!
The location is great and the house layout is nice. Our issue is with the lack of blinds in the great room making it impossible to use in the afternoons due to the sunlight. There absolutely needs to be better seating in the great room to accommodate more people. Great kitchen and nice bedrooms."

"A Delightful Month at 7 Ginger Beer
My husband and I spent a month at 7 Ginger Beer with our 11 yr old golden doodle to escape the Chicago winter. The location on the 1st fairway of the George Fazio golf course was super. We easily walked to the beach and the General Store and a huge selection of restaurants were a short drive away (we especially enjoyed Jane Bistro in Shelter Cove). Unfortunately, although the house has a great layout, it is in need of some attention. The throw rugs in the entry foyer, dining room and primary bathroom are beyond dirty and need to be replaced. The window treatment is tired and in general the house needs a refresh. "

"Our favourite place we’ve ever stayed in HH!
My family and I had the best 4 weeks at 7 Ginger Beer. Truly our best experience renting in Hilton Head in the last 10 yrs. The house was amazing for our family of 4: it has the perfect layout, super clean, great bedrooms and bathrooms, an amazing deck on the golf course, and is close to so many activities. It’s fully stocked with everything you need. Exactly as described.

Not only was the house great, Island Time is hands down the best rental company we’ve used on the island. They were incredibly helpful, always responsive, and just so kind and courteous. Thanks to Brenda and the whole team. We won’t use another company again. We can’t wait to come back! "

"Very nice experience at 7 Ginger Beer.
We stayed at 7 Ginger Beer for 3 weeks and had a great time. We were a little bit nervous when we booked the house because it does not have a traditional beachy decor. However, we were very pleased with the layout and updated condition of the house. The bedrooms are all a good size and each of the bathrooms is modern and updated. Small touches like laundry baskets in every room were very helpful. The back deck has a beautiful view and the owners invested in high-end outdoor furniture that make the time outside very nice. It does get hot on the deck in the early afternoon through the evening, but we loved having coffee outside in the morning and having evening happy hour out there. The pool is small, probably closer in size to a plunge pool but we still really enjoyed it for cooling off and the adirondack chairs make it nice too. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with every kitchen tool you could imagine. It took us a few days to find the closest beach entry, but once we did, it was an easy 5-7 mile walk to the beach. One suggestion is to leave instructions on how to access nearest beach entry. The area of Palmetto Dunes where this house is located is quiet and beautiful. The house is on a quiet cul de sac, which is ideal for families with small kids. The property management company staff were friendly and responsive each time we called. I really appreciated the starter kits that they provided for kitchen, laundry and bath. The only negative for me was how the property management company manages VayK Gear. When you book the house, you get an email telling you that you have a "credit" for chairs and bikes etc. through VayK Gear. It was only upon arrival that I noticed an almost $700 charge for VayK Gear on my invoice (note I was staying for 3 weeks). I called the management company and they said it was non-refundable and that they charge that fee regardless of whether you rent gear from VayK. I think they should be more clear about that when booking. "

"Perfect family vacation
This home was CLEAN and comfortable. The open floor plan made it easy for 6 adults and a baby to move around and hang out comfortably. The kitchen had everything you may need... it even had things we didn’t know we needed. The beds were as comfortable as you are going to find in a rental property. The pool is on the smaller side, but it’s perfect for what wanted. And, the views of the gold course was beautiful. We didn’t bring our dogs, but we certainly will next time!

"Paradise
Our jaws dropped the moment we stepped in the door and saw the Sky lights, big tall ceilings and a wall of windows overlooking the golf course. The gourmet kitchen was fitted with new high end appliances, a gorgeous countertop and everything you could possibly need in the way of dishes/glasses/cookware/bakeware/utensils!! The mid century modern decor was easy to relax in and keep clean. It has a cute inground plunge pool, and a huge deck. The king size bed and pillows were clean and comfortable, a stand up desk for those of you who can’t quite get away, and the bathroom was a dream - perfect size. Great closet perfect for 2!! The check in and check out process was a breeze! The location was perfect for us - 7 minutes from the beach! I didn’t want to leave! "

"Wonderful experience with Island Time Rentals
We are frequent travelers to Hilton Head, but we travelled with another couple who had never been before. They loved the property, the location and we were all very satisfied with how well set-up the house was for every day living. The house was in great condition. This was our first time renting with Island Time and I found the customer service was better than other rental companies out there.

7 Ginger Beer was a very successful HHI vacation home. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac and situated along the first fairway of the Fazio course in Palmetto Dunes. Loved breakfast and lunch under the rear deck’s umbrella. 15 minute walk to the beach. Highlight of this home was the high grade kitchen......fully stocked with absolutely everything needed to set up shop for the week. Maintenance and condition upon arrival was perfect. Gas grill actually had gas and the automatic starter worked......nice. Decorated with a midcentury vibe. The home comes with a newly completed sunning pool. Perfect for toddlers, young children, adults interested in a quick dip or lounging in the sun. Overall, a 9 out of 10. "

7 Ginger Beer was great. A rainy week but still a week in HH. Very modern. The addition of rugs from the pictures was a nice ad. Could have used more lighting and seating in the living room. Kitchen had everything we needed and some. I couldn't give the rental company five stars. Emails went unanswered and I thought a report to fix a bedroom lamp would get it fixed but that didn't happen. Overall great experience. "

"Beautiful Home and Attentive Island Time Staff
This well-appointed home exceeded our expectations. The kitchen was fully stocked and was a true treat for the chefs in our family. The home was clean and comfortable and in a great location on the golf course. The dryer needs to be replaced but when I reached the Island Times staff they helpfully offered to launder our clothes before our departure as we were driving directly to another family event before returning home. Thank you all for one of our best family vacations - ever!!"

Great rental. Only suggestion would be Beach Towels and Beach Chairs. Only reason we did not give a 5 star, was no dryer for 4 days. Wish we were supplied with more towels. Using a wet towel to dry yourself got a little old. "

Kudos to the management staff for being so cordial and helpful.
Master bedroom bathroom blinds cleaning was missed.
Single queen bedroom carpet has old spots; time to replace or change. Otherwise, I recommend to others."
