This wonderful 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath townhouse, nicknamed "Beach Tower", is located at the entrance to Harbour Town Marina, the heart of Sea Pines Plantation.

The living space has an open floor plan that includes two full-length couches and two additional chairs. The large dining table seats six, with an island seating an additional four. The kitchen features all new appliances, Keurig, new Corian countertops, and a bar with two stools. There is plenty of room to enjoy the company of friends and family.

There are two large master suites, each with an attached bath and king beds. The third bedroom has a twin over a full bunk bed and an additional twin bed with its own attached bath.

Take a swim in the property’s sparkling pool, just steps away from the sliding back door. Enjoy dining alfresco on the back deck with views of the wooded courtyard. Two additional balconies off the bedrooms offer a more private retreat.

It's less than a five-minute walk to Harbour Town to enjoy dozens of shops and restaurants. The Sea Pines trolley picks up at Harbour Town and is the best way to travel to the plantation. It includes stops at the Sea Pines Beach Club, the Plantation Club, South Beach, and more.

"Did not disappoint!!!
The property description of 255 Stoney Creek is accurately described online. This townhouse had everything we needed and more.Upon arrival, everything was neat and clean, just like it shows online. The beds were comfy and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals. The location was nice because the pool was only steps away and there is a trolley stop not far from it so you can walk or drive to it and catch a ride to the beach. The trolley runs regularly and there is a live site online that you can look at to see when the next pickup/drop-off will be. And, let me say that ALL of the staff we encountered during our stay were superb!"

"Outstanding Stay, would use Island Time Rentals Again
Experience with Island Time Rentals and Haleigh was excellent. They were responsive to all my questions and concerns. The call they made upon arrival to make sure we got in and settled was a nice touch as was the call prior to us leaving / checking out. We had one issue with a toilet, and they had it fixed in no time. Highly recommend Haleigh and her team. "

"One month stay was not without issue
Overall, there was a number of infrastructure items that caused our vacation time to be less than pleasant. Although HIT worked to address them, for the price charged, the Villa did not provide reliable equipment with leaking kitchen sink and washer leak. It showing its age. "

"Thanksgiving at Hilton Head
We had a perfect stay at this location for Thanksgiving! Everything was as pictured! We were able to cook a Thanksgiving meal in the kitchen! Thanks for having such a good variety of pots, pans, and utensils(even kids size plates and cups!)! Lots of seating! Fun to see they had board games as well! Only downfall for some would be the amount of stairs, but it was absolutely perfect for our group! Everyone had their own space, with their own bathroom. No complaints here at all! Look forward to staying there again! "

"Not quite up to par!

Just a note to owner.
It is nice to have two king rooms, however, First level king bedroom mattress must be replaced before You rent to anyone else. I lost 2 nights sleep until I moved to the twin bed with my grandkids. Just lay down on it and it will apparent. Also, you need more coffee cups. Several are cracked. Sink in same bedroom is still very slow draining. ( right hand side)
There was a terrible smell coming from all the water faucets. Thanks for sending maintenance to fix water smell but honestly that should have been checked out before renters arrived. "

"Lovely Property
We had a great week at 255 Stoney Creek. The location was close to Harbour Town but was also quiet and shady. The villa was newly renovated, very clean and comfortable with almost everything we needed. The king mattresses were super comfy. The kitchen was well stocked and even had both a carafe and Keurig coffee maker. The proximity to the pool was excellent! It was not very crowded, and there were some lovely natural shady areas to escape the sun. The Island Time app was also very helpful and efficient - all the codes and information in one place. The only thing to keep in mind is that steps are required to reach the bedrooms. This might be an issue if you are traveling with older family memebers or anyone with mobility issues. Otherwise, we would love to come back!"
