Lake Forest 3303 is nestled back adjacent to the Sea Pines Forest Preserve. It is a quiet community in a convenient location with tennis courts and pool facilities on site. It has a wonderful back deck overlooking a large lagoon that leads into the preserve. Lawton Stables is a short walk, and Harbour Town is a quick bike ride, or use the Sea Pines Trolley to access the beach club, Sea Pines Center and South Beach Marina.
Unit 3303 has a king size bed in the master and two twin beds in the guest room. Living room has a pull out sleeper sofa.

"Sea Pines rental
Property was not bet clean. Bathroom shower glass looked like it had not been cleaned in some time. Outdoor windows were very dirty. Deck was inviting. New washer was installed during my stay and the place was a mess after. They left things all over the kitchen. Had used bread on the floor. Did not appreciate they way the appliance people left the kitchen."

"Lovely Villa
This lovely villa has it all. A wonderful location in Lake Forest on a lagoon adjacent to the Forest Preserve. Close to many bike paths and all amenities in Sea Pines. The villa is comfortable and well appointed. We have stayed here several times and will return again. This is one of our favourite villas in the Lake Forest complex, and accommodates 1 and 2 couples quite comfortably."

"Staying at Villa 1565
the property was well situated, near Harbour Town and the 3 golf courses we played.
The bed was confortable and the bathroom large and clean. Some points need to be improved: Towels was in quantity but need to be replaced. The glassware were not so clean. The washing machine leaked a lot when we use it.
However, the outside of (patio and entry) was dusty.

"Needs help!
Upon arrival was satisfied with upgrades of kitchen & master bath. Condo was clean & tidy. The pool area was a nice bonus. The landscaping is very lush and beautiful. The master bedroom king bed needs to be replaced. After the first night we were not able to sleep on this bed and was forced to sleep in the twin bedroom. This was disappointing as this trip was to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The sofa was also uncomfortable as well and needs replacement too. The tv also needs an upgrade as well. I recommend a larger smart tv. There are a few upgrades that need to happen for me to rent this villa again. "

"Comfortable and Closet To The Entrance
This villa is clean, beautifully decorated and stocked with great kitchen items. It was nice to be close to the Sea Pines gate so if we chose to leave Sea Pine we were able to get to shopping and attractions outside of Sea Pines quickly. "
