You’ll find this island manor nestled right on the water in the private neighborhood of North Forest Beach. It boasts 8 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms with 3 floors of expansive windows, high ceilings, incredible ocean vistas, and a separate carriage house. This luxurious retreat offers plenty of indoor and outdoor space to host private events or family reunions with enough room for you to breathe easy (please inquire about any additional fees for events). The first-floor kitchen, living, and dining areas are massive. Even with 18 guests, there is ample room for fun dinner parties or casual happy hours, and spontaneous gatherings.
