This beautiful home is only steps away from the beach! Simply a lovely second-row home that invites you to come inside and enjoy. After a walk on the beach only steps from the home, relax by the pool, enjoy lunch and a nap on the deck, or sit by the fire pit on a winter evening.

Located on the first floor is one of the two living rooms. The first floor has three rooms. The first room has a full-sized bed, the second has two bunk beds, and the third has a king bed. All have their own bathrooms. Head upstairs to the rest of the bedrooms and the second living room with a great cathedral ceiling and an updated kitchen with lovely cabinetry, counters, and new appliances that is open to the living and dining areas, providing that open concept living space that is bright and cheerful with plenty of natural light. The bar has seating for six, and the dining table seats 10.

• Between 60 and 31 days prior forfeiture of 50% of the total booking charges.
• Inside 30 days of arrival date all payments are nonrefundable

Long Stay Reservations – reservations for 28 days or more.
• Before 91 Days of arrival date we will refund the initial payment after the forfeiture of the booking processing fee plus tax and the Credit Card fee plus tax if applicable.

Trip Preservation –We recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment. If Guest has purchased travel insurance, any or all trip reimbursement will be subject to the policy terms and conditions. The travel insurance agreement is between Guest and the Policy Provider. (Property Management) is not the policy provider, Rental Guardian Insurance Services is the holder.
• If selected, the travel insurance premium is charged at the time of selection and is nonrefundable.

Early Departures and No Shows - No refunds for early departures or no-shows. If you have purchased travel insurance, any or all trip reimbursement will be subject to the policy terms and conditions.

Storms - There are no refunds given for cancelation or interruption of your stay due to an event of inclement weather including: a tropical storm, tropical depression, hurricane, or named storm, and all payments will be forfeited. If Guest has purchased travel insurance, any or all trip reimbursement is between you and the insurance company and will be subject to the policy terms and conditions.

Cancellation Refund Schedule –The Cancellation Policy is binding at the time of booking; as outlined in Reservation Confirmation, failure to complete the rental agreement does not exclude Guest from responsibilities of the Cancellation Policy.

"Beautiful Beach House for Families
The property was extremely clean, spacious, and bright. The rooms were decorated with beach themes, very cozy. Comfortable lounging chairs by the clear, clean pool. The only glitch was that the spa tub connected to the pool was not working properly; the Island Time personnel were absolutely wonderful and very quick to respond. Access to the beach was about 5 minutes; easy bike ride into Harbor Town. Highly recommend renting this property if you want a fun vacation. "

"great location and family vacay in Sea Pines
We had an overall wonderful, home-run vacation here for 6 adults and 3 kids, 8 and under. We loved the layout of the house and short walk to the gorgeous beach. The kitchen was well equipped and bedrooms spacious and comfortable. While not large, the pool was fine for young kids. The Sea Pines location is perfect.
(We mentioned to management that moving forward a home of this caliber needed: outdoor grill repaired or replaced, one worn out living room chair replaced and a cleanup and trim for the landscaping.)

"Spring break 2024
Great home right off the beach! House and location couldn’t have been better. Rental company was also fantastic. My only complaint was the pool- small and very dirty. Home has a lot of brush surrounding the pool so leaves constantly get in. Despite our best efforts to clean daily with the pool net, it was difficult. Pool company came out mid week to help but would recommend adding a pool vacuum so renters could clean themselves if needed. Otherwise 10/10 stay. "

"Wonderful Location; Great Space
Our family rented this perfectly located home for a long weekend getaway. With the 3 king bedrooms, we found the space to work well for our 3 adult children, their spouses and our grandchild. Beds were very comfortable; bathrooms and closets spacious. The house gets a lot of gorgeous sunlight. The pool was lovely - on the small size but really perfect. We had some difficulty operating the hot tub, but the property manager was very responsive and able to remotely manage it for us. The house has plenty of plates and cutlery and basic pots, pans and cooking vessels. It takes about 2-3 minutes to walk to the beach. We found Harbour town and other attractions easily accessible by bike from the house. Although I don't know the date of build, we estimated the house to be 20-25 years old."

"Great Location - home needs some TLC
Home location to the ocean and beach is outstanding. We had no AC for more than two days and could not use the main great room, kitchen or dining room. The home needs some TLC given this is a "premier property". We requested an adjustment to our invoice but no response has occurred."

"Our vacation
My family grew up with a lot of their time in Hilton Head. My husbands parents retired to HHI. This was our first rental in Sea Pines and it brought back a lot of amazing memories. This was our 5th year vacationing there. We have had some okay homes and some not so good (mainly dealing with the rental company.) This year was by far the best experience. The home met all of our needs and for the first time, we had no real issues. We had one small issue and I made a call and it was resolved within a couple of hours. "

"Best stay ever!
Easy access to the beach made our stay perfect with 4 young children in tow. This lovely home easily fit the needs of our grown children and their young families, 11 total guests. Pool was perfect, distances to Salty Dog and Harbour Town were an easy drive away. House was clean and layout terrific. The rental staff was great. One problem, which was reported at end of stay, was the need for cleaning of stove burners as they did not all fire correctly. Hopefully that has been addressed for future visitors. Would rent this property again! 4 stars only because of stove maintenance issue."

"Great Locations
We loved the location. The house was nice. I felt like we paid a lot for this property and it did not meet expectations. We had ants in the kitchen upon arrival. The pool heater would not work and the house needed some love. Boards coming off on the deck. I will say the staff was kind and tried their best to make everything right. "

"Family Trip
The house itself is great and the location can't be beat. There is an active construction site across the house (front row), so that took away from relaxing by the pool. Management company was great and responsive - only issue was the pool and spa being heated, but that is either an issue with the pool company or that the pool/spa doesn't hold the heat well. "

"Family Time in HH-11 Grey Widgeon
The house was beautiful, beautifully furnished, and a GREAT location. other than having a lot of steps inside, the bedrooms could not have worked out better. Everyone had their own bed and bath- great decks and amenities like a well stocked kitchen, grill and fire pit, which was great because we wanted to stay safe and close to home. And the ease of getting back & forth to the beach - we have a new generation of HH lovers! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM ISLAND TIME-THANKS BRENDA!!!! "

Beautiful house with spacious rooms, all tastefully decorated. Very comfortable mattresses. The kitchen is fabulous, with 2 ovens and plenty is counter space.
The water heater was apparently faulty, as we took cold showers after swimming our last three days. Problem was not addressed despite numerous calls to management. The pool was clean but small.
The walk to the beach was less than 3 minutes. The beach was never crowded.
If not for the lack of hot water, I would recommend this house enthusiastically.

Our Family vacation to Hilton Head was amazing! Our family of 12 people loved our house at 11 Grey Widgeon. The pool was great and we loved the outside decks To hang out on. "Wonderful Family Getaway!!
11 Grey Widgeon Rd, Hilton Head, SC.

Our family had a wonderful visit to the Sea Pines area. The home on Grey Widgeon is beautiful. It has all of the essential items to cook/eat in. Plenty of trash bags, paper towels, TP, Keurig pods, etc. to get you started. Expansive, open concept home w/2 extremely comfortable master suites! The close proximity to the beach is the cherry on top. We won’t forget our trips to the beach, as well as our many bike rides on the island with our girls.

Special thank you to John & Sara, for taking care of a few issues that popped up during our stay. They were very responsive and followed up with us to make sure we were taken care of. Brenda & Jeanne were very helpful with our many questions.

Unfortunately, we had some issues with the heating of the home's hot tub/pool. We were only able to swim 2 of 10 days and the water never made it above 78 degrees. There were constant issues with the power to the pool’s heat pump which made it impossible to heat the water.

Otherwise, wonderful time! We would love to return!"

"Wonderful stay.
Excellent location, house in perfect condition, only downside was the pool was small for the size of the home and underneath shedding trees, and did not hold heat well even though heated. 2 min bike ride to Salty Dog. Excellent set up for two families, and the house in front was torn down so there is a clear view of ocean. "

"A forgettable vacation/ false promises made by rental company.
Very bad experience. The rental property was not in a good condition and the commitments made by the rental firm were not kept, inspite of repeated requests and reminders during the stay.

- inside heating did not work for the first 3 days for the main hall. Workers kept coming. In over 2 days during the day to fix the problem.
- ice maker in the refrigerator was not working on the first day.
- we paid in advance for heated pool and bathtub. We had also checked with the rental company in advance that the heating works. Who-weaver for 8 of the 10 days we were there, the heating in the pool and the bathtub did not work. We followed up every day and were given different promises/ explanations.( it will be fixed today/ owner controls the heating and has switched it etc.etc.) even the last 3 days, Dru ( the managing partner of the property management firm) promised the problem will be fixed and that it is not in their control etc.etc. We travelled all the way from NY specifically to be in a property which had a heated pool/ bath tub and this was not provided, inspite of a contractual commitment."
