This condo offers stunning views of the beach through floor to ceiling windows and multiple private balconies. After spending a day in the sand, you can relax with Oceania’s many resort-style amenities including a hot tub and indoor/outdoor pool.

The main living space of the condo is an open floorplan and connects the living area, dining area, and kitchen. The private, beachfront balcony is easily accessible from the living area and is perfect for taking in stunning sunrises and sunsets over the water. The upgraded kitchen features granite countertops and full-size stainless-steel appliances.

While Southern provides you an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through your first 24 hours, we recommend you bring the following: paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, hair dryer, napkins, condiments, spices, dish washing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach towels, umbrella, beach toys, sunscreen and anything else you may need for your perfect vacation!
