Awesome views await from the entire property with fishing ability right from the decks.
Five bedrooms (four bedrooms and a huge loft sleeping bed area) home directly on the Gulf with the best fishing right from the large deck. There are two king size bedrooms, one queen bedroom, and one queen with bunk on the main floor. There are two bathrooms, one on each side of the home but inside any bedroom. The loft has a king bed and two queens. It is common for our guest to catch a 30 pound red. lots of trout. or sea cat fish. There are amazing views from every direction. Our home is 23 miles to the center of Galveston so easy to go in to do the fun things and come back to quiet and cozy.
There are views from almost every room but the ones from the downstairs deck and the upper deck are perfect. While getting to the actual sand is steps away, our guests love the ability to do the sand fun but fish right from the property. Watch the dolphins play from the 50-foot deck or find sand dollars on your beach walk. Rest in this quiet community!
Enjoy the open concept family, dining and huge kitchen with views of the Gulf and the TV from all areas. Motion leather couches let you relax in comfort while resting or watching your favorite shows. Owner managed rental means, you have a contact person 24/7 for your questions.

The best fishing right from the deck! It is common to catch 30 pound reds or a mess of trout. Our guest can beach or fish and most love both.

12 guest maximum allowed but extras allowed with an additional fee. Possible sleeping 16 in beds.
Well behaved pets are welcome with a $100 fee each. Cleaning up after them is a must and the subdivision has a leash law.
The subdivision speed limit is 20 mph. All trash has to be removed when you leave. You can contract for cleaning or leave the home in the same clean condition you receive it.
Arrival time is 4 pm and departure time is 10 am. This is a strict time policy to insure the home is clean and ready for the next guests.
Smoking is allowed outside on the decks but not inside.
Rates do not contain fees for linens, state fees, cleaning or pets. Email for total cost. The rates may vary because the site shows the lowest possible rate. Email for best available rate.
If booking for prom or graduation make sure you request a prom/graduation rate. We will not consider a prom/graduation rate if the inquiry does not show it is for prom. Prom guest will be removed if booked under any other pretense. Renting guest must be 25 or older. Prom groups must have attending parents 24/7 in the home. No exceptions

Take a trip to Lake Jackson to tour the Sea Center. There's lots of good information and a neat free aquarium and nature walk.
Head over to the Galveston Boardwalk and enjoy all the activities there and do some fun shopping at the Strand.

Our extended family really loves to go to the Sea Center and walk the Strand in Galveston, then come back to fish and bring in that big red!
