FREE PARKING AND FREE WIFI!!! Welcome to Unit 508 at Surf Dweller!! This unit is your perfect getaway! The entire unit has plenty of space for the entire family to relax and enjoy a fun-filled vacation at the beach. Spectacular 5th floor unit. A 2 bed / 2 bath perfect for family vacation. Spacious balcony with incredible views.
Wake up early to the sounds of the waves crashing while taking advantage of the amazing views FROM BED! You won't believe the BREATH TAKING scenes you'll take in from unit 508. Two QUEEN beds in the guest bedroom assure the kids are comfortable. They will be so thankful when they get to sleep in something other than bunks! The square footage of the Surf Dweller units is incredible, the guest room easily fits the two queen beds plus gives plenty of room .
The fully furnished kitchen, is stocked with all cookware, dinner ware, utensils, pots/pans needed for basic cooking needs. Save some on the FOOD budget so you can SPLURGE on SPACE AND VIEWS.
The massive private patio has two entryways with one being the private entry in the master bedroom. All the pleasures of a warm Gulf sunset can become a wonderful memory. This is a non smoking unit. Please do not smoke on the balcony.

Prior to arrival, if a guest has to shorten their stay or change their unit, normal cancellation penalties may apply, whether they are insured or not. Refunds issued by will be issued no more than 30 days after departure date of original stay. Refunds are payable to the guest within 30 days after the subsequent re-rent payment has cleared our account.

"Beautiful Condo!
The condo was very clean and very tastefully decorated. It was well stocked with everything you would need and had very nice appliances and cookware. The balcony is to die for! There was at least one nap on the balcony. The hair dryer was missing from our unit, but I called and within a few hours they brought a new one. The bed in the master was a little soft for my preference, but the view from the master suite was amazing!!!

The only issue was they were having problems with the elevators and some seemed to go down daily but would be working shortly after. We had to walk down the stairs once while heading into Destin for the Dolphin Cruise on the Sea Blaster and then dinner but luckily they were working when we returned.

We made a stop at Fubar for pizza and found a seafood market just over the bridge that steamed shrimp. We went there a couple of times and brought shrimp back to the condo to eat a very affordable dinner.

I would definitely stay in this condo again. "

"Girl's Week
Really liked the condo especially the balcony. However there is a light in the guest hallway that turns on automatically EVERY time you walk by it. Annoying at night. Also need instructions on how to operate microwave! Most complicated one we have ever encountered. "

"Great experience and a good value
We shop our stays each trip to the beach and were very pleased by pics and price for this unit. The experience exceeded the expectations. I would say the owners are Christian not just in word but in action. The condo feels like the owners just left for a few days rather than leaving it at a bare level to make money. The kitchen was the best outfitted I've experienced, tastefully decorated, and gracious patio with furniture to sit out and enjoy the beach experience and is where we ate dinner most nights (from Stewbys down the street, our favorite). We booked for next year. Brooks and Shorey were good to deal with as agents."

"Surf Dweller 508 - Beautiful Unit!
The Surf Dweller is in a great location - RIGHT on the beach and halfway down the island. This unit was VERY well decorated and modern.
There were even cute accessories for Fall out in the living spaces. It was near the elevator and a short walk out to the sand. We would stay again, for sure! Unfortunately, it is already booked for Fall Break of next year or we would have swooped it up again. "

"Surf Dweller 508
Our experience was amazing in Surf Dweller 508. The check in and out process was easy, communication was great and condo was clean. One of the things we enjoyed the most about this unit is the balcony furniture! Lost of room to sit and enjoy the views of the Gulf! One thing I would suggest is more pillows. The master bedroom only has 2 pillows on the bed. We would definitely come back and stay again! "

"Excellent stay, beautiful condo
We really loved our stay at 508 Surf Dweller. The deck has a nice nook with a lot of room and you can't beat the view. The rooms and the beds in the condo were large and comfortable. The condo itself is quiet and has a lovely location on the beach. The condo had everything we needed for the kitchen. We really liked the beach service umbrella and chairs so we didn't have to bring our own and set it up every day. You can't really walk to the pier or any restaurants, but driving over is pretty easy in the area."

"Best Rental EVER
I've been staying at time shares/vacation rentals for 30 years and this is the BEST ever. The condo was immaculate. The couch on the porch was amazing. Everything - finishes to furniture - was top of the line. The exterior, however, was a little run down looking. The pool is not gulf side (but none of the resorts were so it must be a local ordinance). No hot tub which was very disappointing. But the pool was a nice size and clean. Very close to excellent restaurants (Stewby's is only 3 blocks away and so good we ate there twice in three days!). Highly recommend this condo."

This condo is awesome! The furniture on the balcony makes it a perfect place to relax before and after the beach. Only negative is whoever put dishes away did so wet. Everything had to be rewashed before using. We already reserved this unit for next year. Love it!"

"Our foolish trip to the beach during Hurricane Season!
Will take responsibility for being stupid enough for booking a trip to the beach in hurricane season. We were certainly not alone and felt assured that something would have been credited or compensated if things to a turn for the worse. When Hurricane Sally took a easterly turn I expected a call about the circumstances that it might get dangerous and what’s our situation? But WRONG! Only thing Brooks and Shorey were concerned about was bringing in the deck furniture , Which we did into the middle of the living area while the power was out for 2 days! Oh yeah, we are in our 60s on the 5th floor.! When we did get out a palm tree had blown onto a power line where we drove in and out of the parking lot. One elevator was broken 1/2 of the time and both were past certification.
If I am to add one positive comment which is hard, 508 Surf dweller is a beautiful unit, as advertised. Too bad for us as I would ever rent from Brooks and Shorey again!! "

"The Best Vacation!
I have never left a review after a vacation, and I almost don't want to write one right now so that I can keep this gem to myself! This condo was amazing, the location was wonderful. Everything was just perfect. We had a slight issue with the water heater at the beginning of the stay, but they quickly resolved that issue and the rest of our stay was just amazing. We wanted to book it for an extra night because we were just not ready to leave. "
