The beach front balcony runs along the living room and master suite. Great views from the kitchen as well, which is equipped with all major appliances, utensils and cookware. There are two beachfront pools on property and plenty of seating around the pool for everyone.

Great Area and amazing White Sand Beaches.
Beach staff was excellent and accommodating.
Ocean water patrol was Extraordinary!!
Front Desh help was laning in service upon 3 different request.
Unit had 4" Trim adhered to base of Slinding doors and was constant trip hazzard.
ALL units need sliding glass doors serviced. it was a symphony of grinding and slamming every day and night. Oven was not clean and request to repair was not completed.

Towel rack off wall in bathroom, ALexa didn't work, extra tiles for new floor stored in bunk room - looked like this rental was not really ready to be rented. "

This unit had a everything that we needed and more. We loved the space and location. We did feel it was in need of a deep cleaning as baseboards were holding a good amount of dust and there were two Capri Sun juice pouches in the trash left behind sitting in trash can. Would recommended a small dresser of some sort in the guest bedroom, one dresser in the master could only use 1/3 drawers due to two of them missing handles. This wasn’t a bug dea but was noticeable. We enjoyed our stay where and the location we great. We usually stay down the road at another location but would definitely return. "

First of all, Gulf Dunes is our favorite place to stay. It's a great location away from the crowds in Destin, yet a short drive to Destin for the great food and fun. Room 215 however leaves a bit to be desired. The condo overall is nice, but cleanliness is not up to par. There was mold on the ceilings, mold on the shower curtain, stains on the ceilings. Sliding door to balcony doesn't lock etc. If these things are fixed, it will make it a top notch place to stay. "

"Fall Beach Trip
We found the condo spacious and clean upon arrival. The rental agency was very professional. Good location. The beds were some of the best we've found in a rental unit. The couch needs to be replaced as you could feel the metal bed frame through the seat cushion and the dining table/chairs are looking a little tired. We didn't cook any so I can't comment on pots and pan etc. However, we did find the frig too small to hold a wine bottle or soda bottle without moving down the center shelf down but then you end up with only one usable shelf. The only issue we had was the master bath toilet was not tight. The repairman came and looked but said flange was broken and they would call a plumber but it was never fixed while we were there."

Great condo with all the amenities you will need. Beds were comfortable. Dining table was great, enough room to sit everyone comfortably. Furniture to sit on patio was good. Great TVs in the rooms and a wonderful ocean view. The only thing I think should be replaced is the living room furniture it looks comfortable but isn’t. That’s the only downfall. It was great having 2 beach chairs and an umbrella everyday. Pool was kind of small but not many people were in the pool at one time so that worked out fine"

"Enjoyed our short stay.
we were visiting my daughter and her husband who live in the building so we were able to grab supplies from her.If we didn’t have her these are my suggestions. Bed pillows were awful! No excuse for that. Pillows are cheap at sams and a Costco. No coffee filters. That is not something you want to run out and get as soon as you get there and you don’t know what size you need until you get there. A bit of liquid dish soap would be nice as well. Thankfully paper towels were provided. My elderly sister thought a mat in the tub would be nice to prevent slipping. Condo was adequate but not over the top amazing. "

"Short stay at Gulf Dunes
Gulf Dunes Condo 215 location was wonderful, it was very clean and well maintained. We loved having complimentary beach chairs - my only suggestion would be to have pick up time extended to 6:00pm. We noticed some other condos down the beach had a 6:00pm pick-up time for chairs and umbrellas. We eat all meals in the condo and it was not well equipped for preparing full meals. It didn't have a salad bowl, pyrex dishes, teapot, sufficient pots for cooking a full meal, etc. I wasn't sure if it was because the season started the following week. My only other suggestion would be to put a variety of pillows in each room. All the pillows were extremely firm and uncomfortable for us "softies". We had a great stay but our family could not stay their for our 7 day vacation trip unless the kitchen was better equipped."
