"Amazing Location
This house was literally on the beach - a beautiful location and the beach service offered with chairs and umbrella was amazing. We had full views of the sunrise in one direction and sunset in the other each night. The beach is incredible.

The house is a nice size, clean and well maintained, but very sparsely accommodated. We had 1 skillet that was warped so that the middle was raised above the edges, no rubber spatulas or any spatulas for that matter, no cookie sheet, or plastic dishes/cups. No tupperware. The toaster also did not work. I still gave 4 stars because when I mentioned wishing we had some of these items, the management team did drop off a new toaster, cookie sheet, and spatula. The house could benefit with having some extra blankets or sheets and swim towels, but I understand that is difficult for housekeeping. Overall, our family had a wonderful vacation. "

The Beachhouse was perfect for our family vacation. Very Clean and well furnished. Everything was in working order and the patio was very nice with two picnic tables. The dunes are right at the patio, you couldn't get any closer to the dunes than this... Lovely... The quick walk down to the beach is a definite plus with this "GEM" WE LOVE The Coconut Beachhouse and can't wait to come back. "

Pics online we're not accurate. You can see layers of dust all over, zip ties on window to lock, rusted screws all round the outside. The back porch looks like a big ashtray. There are wires on side of house that are trip hazards. This could be a great place. Hoping the owners will research into cleaning service and or actually maintenance property. For the amount of money spent to stay here, we were very disappointed. "

"Our Favorite Spot!
We’ve been coming to Coconut Beach House B since 2017. It’s a nice hidden gem directly on the beach amongst all the big condos. This stay was another great one, and we already have our next trip booked! My only suggestion would be to clean up the sand area that’s right off the back patio. Maybe rake and clean it up. It’s so dirty and the sand area has gotten smaller over the years with the dune growing. It was nice years ago when the kids could play right there. But you almost can’t step out there without shoes in fear of stepping on something sharp. Just a suggestion. Still a beautiful spot.. counting down the days until our next visit! "

"Filthy unkept. They hadn’t cleaned after the prior guest.
Upon arrival I noticed the same on the floor but it’s a beach condo so didn’t thing too much about it. Then started using the restrooms and noticed they had toothpaste on the faucet, pee on the floor and hair in the shower. I left a review when they asked about our arrival but that was that evening. We can in for the funeral of a close family member with enough time to brush our teeth and change. They then said that I didn’t let them know soon enough. When we arrived at the condo that first night and I went to get in bed there was sand in my bed and the feeling of dread started. When I just out of bed there was a bug that had been next to my pillow. They hadn’t cleaned the condo it may have bed bugs and it makes me want to vomit. We were grieving the loss of our family and they caught me in a vulnerable position. NEVER AGAIN WOULD I STAT WITH BROOKS AND SHORE RESORTS.
They offered for a cleaning crew to come in on Saturday but I had already cleaned most of the disgusting stuff so they myself. The management team was totally unprofessional as well and made it out to be my fault for not letting the cleaning crew come back in the condo while my party and I were gone.
Don’t walk RUN.

"Great Location!
First the location is awesome! Property needs some upgrading tho. Read the list of things to bring, like trash bags. Unit is not fully equipped. Some wall plugs are fire hazards and there was trash and broken glass on patio. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay."

"Great Location
The home was the perfect layout for our family. We didn’t have to worry about stairs for our toddler or our adults with mobility issues since we were on the bottom floor. Kitchen was well stocked with plenty of towels in bathroom. I would suggest an outside shower to rinse off after coming in from outside. We were able to just go outside and watch the fireworks instead of going to the pier. "

"A Hidden Gem
Tucked neatly between high-rise corporate condos on all sides is a two-story bungalow less than 50 yards from the beautiful emerald waters of the Gulf. We took the lower berth (ground floor) for our vacation stay due to a mobility issue but still had a bit of a view of the beach right from our back patio which covers the entire width of the bungalow and has two picnic tables located on it. The accommodations inside include a full kitchen if you really want to cook on vacation, a spacious dining/game area, and an equally spacious front room area with a large flat screen television, if you have time to watch it in between eating, swimming, and all the local activities that can keep you fully occupied for a week or more. The four bedrooms are very nice with very comfortable beds and areas for storage. If you need them, the unit has a washer and dryer as well. It is amazing to see this two-story piece of paradise sandwiched between all those high-rise properties and realize you are right there on the beach level. I have to believe everyone passing by was eyeing our place to line it up for next summer. Grab it while you can!"

"Great location
This was our first stay at coconut beach house B. The location is excellent but the actual unit was disappointing. The unit is run down and smells bad upon arrival, with very poor I guess you could say renovation or construction work. There is literally an A/c vent on the shower ceiling and no lighting in the shower. It's like bathing in a cold dark cave. If you use all three light switches at the entry door the breaker trips causing all kitchen lights to go out. This occured after a heavy rain. Maintenance is aware of the electrical issue and leaves breaker box open so we can keep turning the breaker on. The appliances are raggedy and hardly operate. The top of the agitator in the washer literally flys off during cycle. The dryer takes nealy 3 60 minute cycles to dry. The refrigerator took atleast over night to cool not before freezing our top shelf items. The microwave handle is screwed into the face of the microwave with sheetrock screws. Figured that out when I hurt my hand on a sharp edge. The mattress in the left beach facing room was so worn out and misshapen (sunken in) my husband and I slept with our heads towards the dresser this side was more comfortable and was elevwted a little instead of sunken in.The outdoor hose is more for the top unit, since after rinsing you have to walk back through sand to reach the bottom unit making it pointless. We left one day early..... I think for the amount of money this unit generates things should be updated. Will not return no view in this world or convenience is worth nearly 5 thousand dollars to stay in a run down unit. Will return to Navarre beach next time like we usually do. "
