Beautiful hard wood floors are throughout the entire unit. The master bedroom is decorated in beautiful ocean blue and has a king size bed for a great nights rest. If you have company, there is a sleeper sofa & bunk beds. The bright kitchen is well stocked with essentials for all your cooking needs. A flat screen TV is in the living room & the master bedroom as well. Enjoy the luxurious walk in shower after a long day at the beach. No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check in.
The 100% cancellation loss can be avoided if: (1) Red Sky rental vacation insurance was purchased and the reason for cancellation is a reason covered under the travel insurance; or (2) can re-rent the unit for the full term of the original rental period, in which case the guest will be charged 10% of the total paid as rebooking fee. Prior to arrival, if a guest has to shorten their stay or change their unit, normal cancellation penalties may apply, whether they are insured or not. Refunds issued by will be issued no more than 30 days after departure date of original stay. Refunds are payable to the guest within 30 days after the subsequent re-rent payment has cleared our account.
