Cancellations to any reservation results in forfeiture of $200.00 advance rent deposit. Changes to the booking have to be made Thirty (30) days prior to arrival for Short Term reservations. Sixty (60) days prior to arrival for Monthly reservations. Once final balance is paid there are NO REFUNDS due to cancellation. If you have purchased Travel Insurance with CSA you would need to contact them with questions regarding claims.1-866-4018

Full payment is due fourteen (14) prior to arrival for SHORT TERM reservations. Please make payments in the form of traveler's checks, bank money orders, cashier’s checks, or a personal check if not we will bill your credit card on file for these charges.

When we got here the room hadn’t been cleaned yet! The elevator didn’t work for a day ! The condo was nice on the inside but outside not so much! Probably wouldn’t stay here again."

"Poor communication
Emerald Isle is a nice place Wild stay here again, BUT would not rent from this rental group again. Very poor communication, no after hours number to reach anyone. Please read reviews on other sites before renting. I’ve rented condos and cabins many times but this is the first bad experience the many years of renting. "

"Room with a view
The condo was beautiful. The beds were super comfy along with just relaxing on the sofa. The patio was perfect for my morning coffee, watching the waves and the wildlife. I loved that we had our own parking spot, except it would of been nice to know that ahead of time and where it was located, had a really hard time finding it in the dark when we first arrived. The lighting in the parking lot was AWFUL!! The pool was very nice and clean. The beach was like a 2 minute walk from our condo. We loved everything about our stay EXCEPT the kitchen pots and pans; EVERYTHING stuck to them! You really need to invest in some new pots and pans. Also the facelift that was happening on the building was annoying, the pounding and the noise every morning waking me up. That kind of stuff couldn’t be done on the “off season”? "

"Fun in the sun
We looked forward to an on-beach place and this was great. It had a wonderful view of the gulf and a close, private entrance to the white sand of the beach. The location was nice because it was on a dead end road with not much traffic, but still close to many places we visited. We also liked being near a military base because we saw a lot of cool jets flying over. The space was perfect for us and two adult sons. We had the king & they had the two fulls with separate bathrooms. The living spaces and kitchen were spacious. Except for a few minor unavoidable hiccups, we had a lovely stay. We all needed this time away."

"Awesome. Perfect for our vacation
Perfect condo for our family. The beach and pool access is extremely convenient. Parking was nice and easy. Great location. Close to food and other attractions. Condo was so clean and neat. Only complaint would be the master bedroom does not get near as cool as the rest of the condo. The a/c does work great, just not as much in the master room."

"Property Manager
The condo was clean, spacious and had a great view of the beach/ocean. However, when we walked in it smelled like smoke which was not pleasant. Also after we checked out the Austin informed us that the kitchen sink was broke and hanging from the countertop which is impossible since it’s an under mount sink. When I told him that he quickly hung up. It was not broke when we left. You were trying to take advantage of us to get paid extra money. Not good business practice and assume you have tried this on others as well. Wouldn’t recommend you to anyone if they’re looking to rent buy or sell. Thanks "

"Ok but needs improvement
Overall it was an ok stay. Location was great and access to the beach was nice. The condo had a very stale bad smell we had trouble getting out but it dissipated after a couple of days. The living room furniture and rug were very old and unpleasant to sit on. There were no blankets or comforters on any beds and we couldn’t get hold of anybody to request help. Nobody gets back to you. The bedroom tvs were very small, one almost a laptop size.
The muster bedroom was my favorite. The best mattress I have ever slept on! The kitchen had everything you needed.
Also parking spot we were designated was very hard to park on and hard to get out. "

No issues with the room. Not top of the line, but perfect for middle of the line people like us. I won’t rent through the realtor company again, though. The night before we were scheduled to check in wasn’t rented, I called to see if they would give us a discount on that one night because we would get there at midnight and just be sleeping there. They wouldn’t budge. Going through an owner, if there’s one night not booked, they’ll give you a discount because they’d rather get SOME money instead of none. Not the realtor company. Other than that, no issues. "

"Great Vacation!
Property was just as described. It was clean and well taken care of. We did have an issue with the internet, but they worked with us until it was resolved. Great view, beach was clean and not too crowded. It was in an ideal location for restaurants and other attractions. The only thing I did miss was having the washer/dryer in the condo, but I did know this coming into my stay."

"Our most disappointing family vacation to date
We had to move to this unit from another property managed by Realty because the other unit had bed bugs. This unit, 509 Emerald Isle, was smaller and did not have as nice of a view as the original property, but we were thankful to at least still be on the beach during Spring Break. This unit, 509, smelled of smoke very badly. All of our items had to be washed and/or aired out when we returned home. The ice maker was broken. We were informed we could come to the realty office to pick up ice trays if we wanted, but this was after three previous trips to the office so we chose to just buy a bag of ice. The worst part, is not with this unit but with the management company. They knew the pervious unit on the other property had bed bugs and still rented it to us. AND, charged us for one night's stay there. Very unhappy with this. I do want to mention that Cher and Austin, staff at the realty company, had no control over the booking and charging us, but they were very friendly and easy to work with. "
