Endless Summer is a private 5-bedroom, 5-bath estate on secluded pink sand beach in Double Bay, just 15 minutes from the historic town of Governor’s Harbour. Endless Summer has a beautiful new (heated) beachfront pool.

This grand home’s great room boasts floor to ceiling windows, allowing unobstructed ocean views from the living and dining areas. The kitchen, which also has ocean views, is fully stocked with everything you need for cooking a family meal. The great room looks out across the vast ocean-view and pool-view patio, which extends the full lenth of the house and is furnished for outdoor lounging, dining, and grilling.

Back inside, two bedrooms are located on each side of the large great room, allowing for privacy for multiple family rentals. 3 of the 4 bedrooms offer an en suite bathroom. The 4th bedroom has a bathroom across the hall.

Two of the bedrooms, including the master, have ocean views and access to the ocean-view patio. The extra-large master bedroom features a sitting area with French doors leading to the patio and an oversized suken tub. Two of the bedrooms, including the master, have king beds, and two have queen beds.

A short walk from the back patio brings you to the pool, and just past it, our beautiful 2-mile-long pink-sand beach with a private palapa. Kayaks, snorkel equipment, beach toys, beach towels and four beach chairs are available for your use. An outdoor shower is available on your way back to the house to rinse off after a day at the beach.

Endless Summer also offers a one bedroom cottage with an ocean view located a short walk from the main house. It's available for an extra charge of $900 per week, which also pays for two extra guests. The cottage has a bedroom with a double bed, a full bath, a living room with a sofa, chair, and flat screen TV with DVD player, a dining area, and a kitchenette. The guest cottage even has its own path to the beach for extra privacy. If you rent the Main House but do not need the guest cottage, it will be locked off and NOT rented to someone else. You will not have to share the estate with other guests.

Endless Summer also has two rollaway beds for extra guests, giving the house a maximum capacity of 12 guests.

Endless Summer is equipped to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Amenities include central air conditioning, back-up generator, satellite TV (in the great room only), a DVD player with video library, WiFi, a stereo system with CD player, and a library of books and games. Housekeeping is provided once during a one-week stay.

Rates are on a sliding scale based on the number of guests. We set the rates this way to make the property more affordable for smaller groups who use less utilities and put less wear and tear on the house. "Beautiful Home!
I had a wonderful stay at this home. It was decorated so beautifully. It was beachy and cozy but also polished. It was furnished perfectly and had gorgeous views. It was a 2 minute walk to the beach so the location was perfect. It had a great deck with a pool, which was very relaxing and overlooked the bay. I saw a few sunsets from the deck and they were some of the prettiest I have ever seen. I would definitely stay here again!"

"Endless Fun
WE loved Endless Summer! the house was amazing, all the way down to the pool, great house for large number of people, to Anne who was an amazing host! We had an air conditioner go bad and she was on it and it was good to go.The Beach was probably the best part, we explored the island and all pdf our group said "our beach is the best we have seen< we should use hang out at our beach for the next two days"! We fished, caught a shark and many different fish. I did rate location as a 3 just because it is somewhat remote from things to do, we did a lot of driving but once again with the beach we had that helped. Matt was very helpful with information prior to our trip. The only negative which is not part of this rental but important information is DO NOT USE SILVER AIRWAYS!! they were a night mare getting there and coming home with multiple delays and cancelled two of our flights."

"A wonderful place!
Endless Summer is situated on a beautiful stretch of beach. Snorkeling reefs are an easy swim off the coast, the water is gin clear and the house is designed to take full advantage of the stunning view. The furnishings are handsome and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we could want. The pool is a bonus. The house comes with games and pool floats. Could not ask for a better place to spend our family vacation!"

Ann, the property manager, met us promptly upon our arrival. She answered all questions and responded to our couple of calls for assistance. The house was as expected. The pool was a great option as we had a couple little ones with us. My daughter in law felt safe enough to run on the beach by herself every morning. Great experience for our family vacation."

"Excellent location and home!
We had a party of 9, with some using the guest cottage. There was tons of space for everyone and we absolutely LOVED coming home, after a long day of exploring, to that wonderful pool area! Everything was very clean and Anne, the manager, immediately answered any questions and was awesome to work with. Her Farm Store was 5 minutes from the house and wonderfully stocked with fresh vegetables and delicious breads! The pink sand beach was glorious, private, and had good snorkeling as well as body surfing. We highly recommend this home!

"Great vacation home on the perfect beach
Endless Summer was the perfect home for our family Christmas vacation. Our 3 adult children and their spouses met us in Eleuthera, and we had such a wonderful time. "Vacation in paradises
Our stay at Endless Summer was perfect!! The whole process from making the reservation with Matthew to arriving at the house getting a tour with Anne...such nice people and very helpful with any questions or concerns we had!! They were a joy to work with. We were a family of 12 and rented the whole property which included the adorable cottage as well. Plenty of room with beautiful bedrooms and baths along with a fully stocked kitchen. We spent nights utilizing the games that came with the house and cozying up on the very comfy couches watching movies! The views from the great room are spectacular! The pool was such a game charger for us because we had little ones with our group who loved the kiddie pool which is attached to the deeper pool! Our favorite spot though was “our” beach! We had a two mile beach all to ourselves for two weeks!! Other reviews talked about going to other beaches which we did but nothing compared to ours. The ocean is crystal clear and we snorkeled every day! We took the kayaks out and had dolphins visit!! We prepared most our meals in the house because we just loved being there. The places we did visit we very fun but things are so much more expensive in Eleuthera. Tippy’s was a favorite spot and the weekends they have live music with beautiful views of the ocean. That’s in Governors Harbor which has a little grocery store. On our way to Rock Sound to get groceries..(more variety) we stoped at Tarpum Bay and played volleyball in the ocean and there were swings as well in the ocean...we visited the bar right across from the ocean called Seaside Breeze and had delicious conch salad. There are plenty of convenient stores near the house to get groceries as well. But the best place near our house that we loved to visit was Anne’s farmers market where we got produce beer, water jugs for the house and on Tuesday and Thursday’s we’d go early to get her homemade breads and cinnamon rolls!! What a treat"

"Great week at Endless Summer
We had a great week with our family at Endless Summer. The house is beautiful with magnificent views of the ocean. It is located on a long beautiful beach. The pool and facilities were all outstanding. Our group included our 20 month old granddaughter. The property was so safe for children and the pool was perfect for little ones. Our caretaker Anne was very helpful both before and during our stay. "

"Dream vacation spot
Gorgeous property with stunning views. White/pink sand beach that is pristine and perfect for watching the sunrise while taking a morning walk. The pool is perfection and there were many rafts and floats .The house had great bedrooms with bathrooms for each and the kitchen was well equipped. The property manager was a lifesaver since we arrived later than expected and the farmers market just down the road was a dream for people like us who wanted fresh vegetables. Would recommend this property with 5 stars."

"Great house and beach
We had a great experience at Endless Summer, the beach was beautiful and had amazing views. The home was well appointed and had nearly all the amenities you could possibly need. The property manager, Anne, was very hospitable and showed us around and gave tips on local restaurants and things to do. The pool was a great place to hang out in the afternoons and has a shallow end which was great for kids. Ten Bay Beach which is just a few minutes drive was an excellent beach and was a nice place to go when the surf was a little stronger on the beach in front of the house. Overall would definitely recommend."

"Lifetime of Memories
Endless Summer was perfect for our family group of eight ranging in age from 5 to 70. It’s central location provided us easy access to Governors Harbor, North Eluthera, and Cotton Bay to the south. The home has so many amenities, we could have easily entertained ourselves for the week without ever leaving. The beach provides reefs for snorkeling, great fishing, kayaking, or just taking a long
walk. The well stocked kitchen & gas grill allowed us to do meals at home. The property manager responded immediately to any questions or concerns we had.

"Heaven on Earth!
The vacation of a lifetime, due largely to this amazing property. Staff and property management were friendly and responsive, though we needed very little. We’d planned on sightseeing, but never ran out of ways to have fun at the house! We brought food with us, which was great and saved us money. Otherwise, this rental is everything you are hoping for- luxury, beauty, space, privacy, amenities, cleanliness, and wonderful management."

From the moment we arrived we were amazed by the remoteness and beauty of this property. The home is well maintained and has everything you need for a stay. We had a large group and never ran out of towels, dishes.... Having the pool steps from the ocean beach was also incredible and allowed us to go between the two all day. And when the ocean gets too rough the placid Caribbean Sea is a short ride to Ten bay. One of the most beautiful places to see. So if you’re looking for a very private stay in paradise. This home and setting was fabulous. By far, the best beach house that we have rented. Our entire family enjoyed the stay. We especially loved the tiki hut on the beach which made it possible to relax in the shade on hot days. The view from the back patio was beautiful also. "It’s House was absolutely perfect!
Our stay at Endless Summer in Eleuthera was wonderful! The house was absolutely beautiful! It was clean, plenty of beach toys, kayaks, everything that was promised! The kitchen is well stocked and it’s basically like staying on your own private island with your own private beach. The staff is wonderful and so helpful. The yard man saw us trying to carry the kayaks to the beach and dropped what he was doing and handled it for us. Ann, the house manager was awesome! She handled anything and everything immediately that we needed or had questions about. Ann owns the Eleuthera Island Farm and it is right down the street! We shopped there daily! Liquor, beer, wine, fresh fruits and veggies, homemade hummus, and the FRESH BREAD on Tuesday’s and Friday’s is something you don’t want to miss! Get there right at 9 because there is a line in the parking lot! It’s that good. I recommend this island and home to anyone who is ready for the vacation of a lifetime! Thanks for everything and we can’t wait to return! "

"Fantastic experience
Endless summer is a fantastic house for a couple of families. The house is gorgeous with all the amenities you could want. The pool is fabulous. But the best thing is the beach. The moment you step to the stairway to the beach, you are breathless. You have basically a private beach, with gorgeous pink sand, stretching almost a mile to both directions. Perfect to jog in the morning AND the best snorkeling site we found at all! The reefs just outside the backyard are wonderful!! And with all the beach equipment available, including masks, snorkels, fins, kayaks etc. you will be treated so well. I can't recommend this place more. Surely the grocery stores and bars and restaurants are pretty far, but that is also a bit of the charm. "
