• No parties or events
• Sonoma County quiet hours on decks: 9PM – 9 AM.
• Pets- Dogs welcome with $120 fee per dog. Must be crated if left unattended for pups safety.
• N0 On-Street Parking - day or night - HOA Rule
• Please turn off outside lights at night (when not in use) to enjoy the sea and stars
• Smoking- No smoking/vaping anywhere on the property.
