SunDestin 1112 is a bright and spacious two-bedroom corner condo. As soon as you enter, you’ll see views of both the Gulf of Mexico and the surrounding Destin area. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’ll need to make snacks to take to the beach or a homemade dinner. A high top breakfast bar seats two and the dining area seats six. Two large sofas in the living room both double as beds, one queen sized and one double. Through the sliding glass door is the large balcony with an outdoor dining area and a lounge chair to soak up the sun. The master suite has a king bed and can be accessed from the balcony. It offers incredible views of the gulf right when you wake up. In the guest room, you’ll find two twin size beds and a private bathroom. This two-bedroom condo sleeps eight guests comfortably and will easily become your next home away from home

Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.

SunDestin Beach Resort is in the heart of Destin, close to many popular attractions such as Henderson Beach State Park where there’s many walking trails and Regatta Bay Golf Course.
