This beautiful, seventh floor, one-bedroom vacation rental affords a cozy environment for relaxing after a day at the beach. With sleeping options for up to four people, the unit is equipped with a large, king-sized bed and adjoining bathroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. All can rest comfortably while enjoying a game on the large, flat-screen television in the living room amidst sweeping views of the Gulf of Mexico. You’ll quickly note a fully equipped kitchen in SunDestin Unit 0706, complete with stainless-steel appliances and a comfortable dining area, perfect for preparing and enjoying meals in the unit or prepping snacks for the beach. There’s seating for two on the balcony, so rise with the morning sun and enjoy coffee or perhaps catch a sunset with a glass of wine. Either way, you’re sure to enjoy the expansive view and open-air environment.

Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their  stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.
