SunDestin Beach Resort is currently undergoing exterior construction around the property. Amenities remain open and fully available for guest use aside from the splash pad.

Parking in the main lot may be limited, especially after hours. Each one- and two-bedroom condo is allowed one vehicle only. Any additional cars will need to park in the overflow lot across the street.

Additional seasonal amenities include a splash pad, which is great for the kids in your group and beach chair and umbrella rentals (for an additional fee). As soon as you enter SunDestin 1116, you see a fully equipped, renovated kitchen with a large island, perfect for preparing food after a day soaking up the sun. The kitchen overlooks the dining and living area, both with great views of the Gulf of Mexico coastline. The living area has a pull-out sofa and a large TV where you can enjoy the complimentary DVD rentals that come with your stay. The balcony has seating for two and is a front row seat to watch the sunset each evening.

With sleeping in the living room and a king size bed in the master, there’s enough room for four guests in this updated one-bedroom condo. One full bathroom and a half bath offers convenience for everyone.

Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.

Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs.

Located less than four miles from the resort is Harborwalk Village, with plenty of shopping and dining. It’s a great way to spend time off the sand. But when you’re ready to head to the beach, it’s just steps away from SunDestin 1116. The whole family will have a blast here, so start planning now!
