As soon as you enter SunDestin 1116, you see a fully equipped, renovated kitchen with a large island, perfect for preparing food after a day soaking up the sun. The kitchen overlooks the dining and living area, both with great views of the Gulf of Mexico coastline. The living area has a pull out sofa and a large TV where you can enjoy the complimentary DVD rentals that come with your stay. The balcony has seating for two and is a front row seat to watch the sunset each evening.

With sleeping in the living room and a king size bed in the master, there’s enough room for four guests in this updated one-bedroom condo. One full bathroom and a half bath offers convenience for everyone.

Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.
