SunDestin Beach Resort is currently undergoing exterior construction around the property. Amenities remain open and fully available for guest use aside from the splash pad.

Parking in the main lot may be limited, especially after hours. Each one- and two-bedroom condo is allowed one vehicle only. Any additional cars will need to park in the overflow lot across the street.

The bathroom is accessible from both the bedroom and the hallway. Down the hall, the fully equipped kitchen provides the perfect space for making home-cooked meals or quick snacks to enjoy at the beach. Enjoy your favorite meal at the dining table, seating up to four guests. Step into the spacious living room featuring a large flat-screen television, DVD player and comfortable seating, ideal for unwinding with your loved ones after a long day of soaking up the sun on the beach or exploring all that Destin has to offer.

Panoramic gulf-front views of the Gulf of Mexico welcome you from the balcony, with seating for four. This lovely one-bedroom, eleventh-floor vacation rental offers cozy sleeping options for up to four people with a large king bed in the master bedroom along with a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.

Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs.
